I had them come out to fix my commerical bldg plumbing problems. they ran the scoop and told me they had to dig up my parking lot to fix the problem. They dug up the lot only to tell me they need $21,451 dollars to fix my problem. They covered up the hole which keeps caving in, They will not return my calls. Guess I will see them in Small claims court

In response to Ms. Weems. Everything you said was an outright lie. Why not tell the truth. First of all, you wrote us a bad check. Second, if we had code violations the gas company would not have turned your gas on. Thirdly the pipes were left there because you did not want to risk anything getting on your new carpet to just leave them there. And fourthly, then there was nothing wrong for you to call about. The only reason you are mad is because we could not put a brand new water heater in for you for FREE!!! So if you want to write reviews on someone's company trying telling the truth. And you claimed to be such a Christian. Not a very Christian thing to do with the lies!!!!

I choose them because their price was the lowest. After the work was ocmplete, they left all the old piping in my crawl space. I had to have another plumber to come out and fix their code violations. They will not return any my phone calls. Do not waste your time calling them.

I met this guy Randy Myrick a few years ago and he did one fantastic job after another for me and my real estate clients. In my business I need someone I can refer business to and know that it will be done right, no excuses, up to code and priced fairly! Most of my Real Estate work is in Dekalb County with the low flow Plumbing Ordinance, which means I have a lot of plumbing issues to deal with. For me, it's these guys all the time, every time for my plumbing needs and I never hesitate to give his number to other people.

I had sewage backing up in my basement. I called Plumbing & Drainworks, a referral from a friend of mine. They came out right away. The plumber inspected everything and found the sewage blockage. Then he discussed with me all of my options and prices. After deciding on going with a whole sewer replacement, they began work the next day. They came in and replaced my entire sewer and when they were done everything not only worked fantastic, but the entire work area was cleaned and so neat, that it was hard to tell that they had even had to dig up my yard. They were very professional and efficient. They had everything completed in a timely manner and from what I have learned from others with similar experiences, I got a very good deal. I was very pleased with them and would refer them to all who ask.
