Thank God there are other plumbers in town!
Mr. Caesar, the president, would rather spend time arguing about the adequacy of his minimalist interpretation of his obligation than actually do the work. At least on five issues he spent more time arguing that the way I wanted something done was impossible to do than it took the next plumber to actually do them! Example: He argued with me over 30 min. that there was no other place to put a hose bibb other than where he had put it: right over stairs where it was a trip hazard. The next plumber put it on the back wall where it was supposed to be using a flexible copper pipe in 15 min. The other examples are just as ridiculous. Asked to install a gas line stub for a future gas grill, he put a tee in the gas line in the basement. He insisted that specifying that the line was for a grill, did not mean that the stub had to go outside the house. He failed the rough inspection two times and never passed the gas line inspection.
