We has water main break on a Sunday, and although it took a while for him to get here, once here Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Kept us informed every step of the way. Cleaned up the yard after the dig, and made sure we were happy before we left. If we ever need plumbing service again, we'll be calling PlumPros!

Had a plumbing issue and called Plumbpros. Technician came out, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave us a price to fix the problem, had the work done in a reasonable amount of time and charged us the price that was quoted. Will definitely use them in the future.

Thank you very much for allowing us to help you with you issue. Please let us know if you have any issues with that or any other plumbing issue. PlumbPros
We had several thousands of dollars of work done last spring because of the deep freeze. Not only did they cause water damage and then skip out on paying for it, less than a year later their shoddy work is showing. They tape pipes to wires, other pipes etc. these are coming down as the tape lets loose. We have all the insulation coming loose from the new pipes. It looks like VERY amateur. We try to reach them to rectify and they won't respond. Mike the owner has no clue what his crew is doing and even admits it. This was of course before they quit responding to us.

Thank you for letting us do this job for you. Mike knows exactly what his crew is doing. These people haven't called us one time to get us to rectify any issue. We warranty everything we do. We wouldn't have been in business for 16 years if not. I wish we could please everyone but sometimes we are not able to.
This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed the leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We though it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

This is not at all what happened at this customers home. We do not pay our plumbers anywhere near that nor did anyone say that.
Chose this company for a water heater install/swap after shopping around. Had an issue with the tech when he escalated the price from what I had been told. I called and spoke with Richard at the office. He had another tech out within a short time and did everything for the original price. 2nd Tech, Nick, was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and I was very pleased with the service and the price.

I am not easily impressed, but they have a new customer. Thank you, Bill, and everyone at Plumbpro! You guys rock!

Answered my call promptly and were able to stop by the same day to fix my hot water heater. I was not there, but Terry provided prompt communication the whole way through. Quickly replaced the thermocouple and was out the door...

This company not only showed up within the time frame quoted, assessed the issue, explained the problem in a way I could understand, but also gave me various options and the pros/cons of each, allowing me to be involved every step of the way. A shout out to Caleb - who came back to knock out the job the very same day! You guys saved me from afternoons at the laundromat!!!!

FINALLY!! A good and honest plumber! Plumbpros has been great over the past year with major issues I had at my rental house. They took care of my issues and when I needed the whole house plumbed, came to my rescue again and for a reasonable cost compared to many others I priced out. They are prompt and trustworthy, and their prices/rates are competitive. Reliable work, reliable quality. Hard to find nowadays!

I purchased a 20 year old house in Feb. 2010 that had poly-butyl piping. I called several companies for quotes on replacing pipes in the entire home. Mike offered up two quotes for the work, one using PVC, one for copper. At no time did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive solution, but I chose copper because I wanted to do it right and do it once. It took about 5 days to do the entire two story home. Although this can be a very large effort, Mike and his guys did a great job on minimizing the amount of Sheetrock work that was subsequently needed. They also realigned piping for a bathroom toilet that I would have missed which made a huge difference in the bathroom layout. They cleaned everything up afterward and after one year I have had absolutely no issues. The cost for the whole job was $4700.00, which was an excellent price, and I would definitely recommend PlumbPros for future work.

We had a chronic problem with a leak in our shower. Bill from Plumbpros evaluated the situation, gave us a short-term and a long-term solution, and a cost estimate for both. He returned a few days later to make the repair we chose, did it quickly and efficiently, and stuck to the estimated price. He also noticed that our outdoor faucet was leaking and had frozen in sub-20 degree temperatures; he unfroze the valve with his torch and shut it off for us as a courtesy. We will definitely call Plumbpros again and recommend them to our friends.
