This company not only showed up within the time frame quoted, assessed the issue, explained the problem in a way I could understand, but also gave me various options and the pros/cons of each, allowing me to be involved every step of the way. A shout out to Caleb - who came back to knock out the job the very same day! You guys saved me from afternoons at the laundromat!!!!

FINALLY!! A good and honest plumber! Plumbpros has been great over the past year with major issues I had at my rental house. They took care of my issues and when I needed the whole house plumbed, came to my rescue again and for a reasonable cost compared to many others I priced out. They are prompt and trustworthy, and their prices/rates are competitive. Reliable work, reliable quality. Hard to find nowadays!

I purchased a 20 year old house in Feb. 2010 that had poly-butyl piping. I called several companies for quotes on replacing pipes in the entire home. Mike offered up two quotes for the work, one using PVC, one for copper. At no time did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive solution, but I chose copper because I wanted to do it right and do it once.

It took about 5 days to do the entire two story home. Although this can be a very large effort, Mike and his guys did a great job on minimizing the amount of Sheetrock work that was subsequently needed. They also realigned piping for a bathroom toilet that I would have missed which made a huge difference in the bathroom layout. They cleaned everything up afterward and after one year I have had absolutely no issues. The cost for the whole job was $4700.00, which was an excellent price, and I would definitely recommend PlumbPros for future work.

We had a chronic problem with a leak in our shower. Bill from Plumbpros evaluated the situation, gave us a short-term and a long-term solution, and a cost estimate for both. He returned a few days later to make the repair we chose, did it quickly and efficiently, and stuck to the estimated price. He also noticed that our outdoor faucet was leaking and had frozen in sub-20 degree temperatures; he unfroze the valve with his torch and shut it off for us as a courtesy. We will definitely call Plumbpros again and recommend them to our friends.

You are always a little nervous when you have to have something repaired last minute, but I tell you the guys at Plumpros didn't take advantage of me and did a wonderful job in the bathroom. They are great !!
