Poblanos Mexican Grill

We ordered strawberry frozen margeritta's and they brought dacari's they were AWFUL. we sent them back they again brought horrible margeritta's.The mix is like it's made with powdered drink mix.We talked to the manager and they charged us for them even tho we just sipped to test them he did not offer to make adjustments.The food was also not good.I wouldn't waste my money there.We are two older women and have a drink once in a while and know a good one from something made from a powdered mix KOOL AID would have been better.

Food is usually very good. Sauce is never the same. (I love the sauce)Service is somewhat slow at times. Overall it is OK restaurant.

I've only visited there once, but the food is fantastic. The service is excellent, and the restuarant has a very friendly and welcoming environment. My parents (who actually live in the area unlike myself) go there all the time. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant.

I am a regular at Poblanos my friend and I eat lunch there every Saturday.After our first few times eating there the staff began to recognize us they appreciate our business and have even given us both discount cards to use.Poblanos treats us like family and they have the best tacos I have ever eaten.The staff is very friendly and attentive our food comes out fast,fresh and always hot.I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Upon arriving, we went to the hostess desk and the two young ladies acted bored and uninterested in us. They attempted to sit us in a back room which is long and narrowmade you feel as though you couldn't breath in there. We asked if we could move to the main dining room. They accommodated us with no problem but things just got worse from there. Took a long time for our server to wait on us. She was very pleasant but obviously she had other things on her mind. Apparently her love interest works there also and several times we'd see them in the corner kissing and hugging. When our orders finally came out, our food was cold and the flavor was disappointing. My husband had the fajitas and I had a quesadilla. He didn't enjoy his dinner and mine just tasted awful. Maybe we caught them on a bad night but as one other individual said, there are other restaurants in the neighborhood that we would rather go to....
