First, the worst: the parking lot is hard to navigate, the facility is dingy and reeks of chemicals, some staffers were in shredded and sagging pants, "reality" TV and hiphop in the background --... really not my scene. However, the services performed were adequate, the utensils came from sterilized packs, and the price was great. To save money, I might go again but, if looking for a spa experience, I wouldn't go back.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Beware of this place. I got the manicure and pedicure. The technicans who served my daughter and I did a horrible job. We did not get polish and I informed that we did not want them polished. We had already inquired if they buffed them (which was part of the service). Well the two ladies who serviced us used a machine to buff which really hurt my feet and then used it on my hands...when she had me wash, I was not certain if she was done. The buffing job was not good and I asked her to redo me and my daughter. When I went to pay she charged me an extra $12. I asked for what....well it was for her buffing job. I informed them that I was not satisfied with it, so that it why it had to be redone. They said this was a "high" buffering which was extra! I was appalled and walked out. I will NEVER go to this place again. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

I LOVE this salon. Polished is very clean, great atmosphere, spacious, and there is little, to no language barrier! I must say that even though the service is normally great, it is inconsistent. If I go in to do any HAND services, I will only see Tola. To be the only guy technician, he pays the most attention to detail. I've had 'ok' experiences with other girls. Feet I am not so picky about. I am very picky about my eyebrows and I only let Vanessa thread them. I let some other girl there do a wax for me because Vanessa was off, and she ruined my arch. I tried to grow my eyebrows back, but when i returned vanessa noticed they were messed up too. Now im still trying to grow them in. As long as you go to the right people, you will always leave happy! :)

I have been to this salon several times. They are very inconsistent. The last two times were terrible. I hated the pedicure I got last time but I let that slide. This past weekend will be my last time there!! The girl did a very bad job with my acrylic nails. The polish I picked was a thick consistency and a man (I believe the owner)asked the tech if she wanted a thinner for the polish. But she declined. I stayed AT LEAST 30 mins to allow my nails to dry and my nails still smudged when I drove home. I was livid & I went back up to the shop to make them correct the nails. I requested another nail polish. I stayed a long time to allow them to dry & that set also smudged a little. I also noticed later that the tech did not match my nails correctly. Two fingernails are shorter than the other nails! They were not even busy that morning! Maybe the techs should spend more time trying to provide quality service than studying for exams, eating food, playing on laptops/smartphones, & doing each others nails!! Never again! Now I have to spend more money to get nails redone. I will travel out to Alpharetta/Sandy Springs area to get nails done before I return here.. I have had better service at mall salons. Only positive is that they speak english!

didn't have enough help available-2 people working and there was 8 people there when I was there the girl that I had was, not only not friendly, but, demeaning as to my choice of color and just overall conceited and bored I only went here because of the reviews, now, I hope this will discourage others from going my nails looked awful after 5 days and turned yellow the girl that did my nails, is Tracey hope this helps someone out there, before they head out to Sugarloaf!!

I agree when we do get busy we are short staffed and there can be a wait. That is expected in any business. I apologize for any inconvenience. As for Tracey, she is no longer with us. Due to numerous complaints, she was employed with us for only 4 days. We at Polished are extremely sorry for quality of work that was performed on you. We do guarantee our work for 7 days. If anything happens to your nails please come back within those 7 days and we will fix it for FREE. I know first impressions are huge, hopefully you will give us another try. We are sorry that an individual person has represented our salon horribly.
I enjoyed my manicure/pedicure - technician was friendly and did a good job. It was just what I expected. I made an appointment but it wasn't really necessary. The prices were very good and I really liked that the three options for pedicures include all the different add-ons. This is a real difference from most nail salons, where the technician tries to upsell me in the middle of my pedicure. The waxing was mediocre at best, though. The waxer was in a big rush and seemed inexperienced. I had to do some tweezing to fix the job when I got home. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the value.

I discovered this salon shortly after moving into the area. They have a great atmosphere, friendly young service, and they are very hygenic. There aren't a lot of customers very frequently, which is nice, but at times they do not have enough staff on hand because of it. I had my entire wedding party get their nails done with me here the day before my wedding and they made sure they had enough employees and let us bring wine! We had a blast, and they did a great job!

I am EXTREMELY particular about my nails and at Polished Nail Salon my nails look PERFECT. I have tried many other places and nothing compares. I drive all the way from Alpharetta to go to this salon. Everyone is professional, charismatic, and sincere...and they deliver TOP QUALITY consistently every time.

After driving to Sandy Springs for nail service I stopped by Polished nail salon on recommendation from a friend. The staff is professional, atmosphere is relaxing and the decor is beautiful. The wait times are extremely short and I walked out with the best set of nails that I have ever had. They have a customer for life!

I have been going to Polished ever since they opened up. They are extremely friendly. It's like going to visit friends/family and leaving with a great set of nails. They are always thinking of their clients and putting them first. I have been extremely picky since I'm a hand model and all they have done is cater to my needs. I love this place!!!! -Sonia Dosani
