We have been seeing Dr. Pollack for 1.5 yrs, since my daughter was 6 months old. Our original pedi moved out of state. I have always appreciated her warmth and been pleased with her medical knowledge. She is not an alarmist and she is very gentle and sweet with my daughter. I especially love the fact that she is so comfortable with breastfeeding and extended nursing. I can't speak to how she handles that during the newborn period, but she was very reassuring when my daughter was something of a slow gainer her first year and she never mentioned formula. Our visits are quick, but I never feel rushed and I always feel welcome to ask about any of my concerns. I am not crazy about some of the other doctors in the practice, but I really like the nurses and office staff at DeKalb Pediatrics. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Pollack to a friend.

We love the new office on Winn Way. Dr Pollack answers all our questions at our baby's regular checkups. The office staff and nurses are great. The nurses that staff the nurses line are wonderful too

We were part of that practice for three years. We watched it blossom. They became so big to quickly. You were only given 10 minutes with the doctor. They said my youngest child would outgrow her stuffiness - found out elsewhere she has asthma. The last straw with us was when it took them a week to call about a lab result. The paperwork was misfiled and my daughter had a full blown kidney infection by the time they called.
