My daughter got stranded due to overheating near this shop, far from where we live. The car was towed there, and they performed "diagnostics" on it, charging $100. They diagnosed a punctured hose, and they quoted $400. I thought it was steep, but to avoid the inconvenience of towing the car again and not to lose the initial $100, I agreed. They called me next day and said that what was wrong was a broken water pump, and changed the repair cost to $1544. I refused, and they obligated me to pay the $400 in order to release the car. I explained it was not fair, and that I would be happy to pay just for the diagnostic charge (wrong diagnosis). They adamantly refused, and they did not treat me kindly on the phone. I ended up paying $400 for the "non-service". The car was fixed somewhere else for $600...Needless to say, that was a ripoff and I do not recommend that place.

My 2002 Honda Accord wasn't accelerating properly. I took it in to Mike and he told me exactly what was wrong, including how Texaco Express (down the street) did such a poor job that my oil was leaking! He changed the air filter for free and honored the coupon that was expired but still currently on their website. His team was really fast too. I got my car back the same day. Mike was super courteous and seemed really intent on making me happy so that I would keep coming back. This positive experience has definitely made me a life-long customer. As a bonus, his oil changes are pretty cheap (about half the price of other place) and even cheaper on Wed's ladies' night. Also, you can pick your car up at any time since they have a 24/7 gas station next to it. I'm so tired of being taken advantage of that I'm thrilled to have found this place. Thanks Mike and your crew for your hard work and honesty!!

These guys were great. Very honest, fast and accommodating. I had two children under 2 with me and they helped get me in and out very quickly. They are very honest and do not "look" for problems. Also extremely reasonable. I had tires that needed air and a headlight that needed replaced and they did not even charge me. Would go back again and again.

When I got in my car last night after work, I noticed one of my tires was almost completely flat. I called AAA and while they were able to find a nail in the tire and pump it up with air, they weren't able to patch it. So this morning I drove to the Ponce de Leon Exxon and within minutes of arriving, two mechanics were on the ground finding the nail and then patching the tire. They were so friendly and generous - they didn't even charge me for the repair! I'll definitely recommend them to my friends :)

The Ponce Exxon is great to have around the corner. Whenever I have a tire problem or burnt out tail-light, they always fit me it and take care of the problem. I also go here to get my oil changed and basic maintenance done. The prices are reasonable and everyone is very friendly.

I was on my way home and I needed to find a place to repair a tire that had a nail in it which was causing a slow leak. I was stuck in a bit of traffic at a light next to a gas station and I noticed they had bays and could possible be able to help me. I was greeted immediately upon pulling up. I inquired about the cost of the repair. Greg joked it would be about $642.00 then he informed me that the repair would be free. Greg had the nail out of my tire in no time and I never even had to leave the car. The staff were all very friendly and I was so glad I pulled in and I had a great experience. I asked about oil changes and he let me know that Wednesday is the best day for ladies as they have a $15 special.

I've been brining a Ford Ranger and Explorer here or two years. Mike and the guys are very knowledgable and trustworthy. They help you keep you car running properly. A little maintenence up front goes a long to preventing issues down the road. Keep up the great work!

I brought my Murano in a few days ago with a laundry list of To-Do's, and Mike, the service manager was fantastic. (everyone was). He let me know what could happen that afternoon; accurately estimated labor and parts costs, had said parts delivered that day, saved my place in the que, and found me a coupon that helped reduce my total ticket cost. If he can, they'll even match your dealer coupon for an oil change. I'm definitely going to keep coming back to this station - my dealer wanted to charge at least 1/4-1/3 more for the same services. Thanks again, guys! - Andy

Just when you find a good shop and it all changes overnight. Dennis was totally offensive and unreasonable when it came to the prices qouted me. Other shops in the area were more resonable and more customer oriented, never again will they service my car.

We're still here! I noticed you also gave a different negative review for Lindbergh Exxon. You sure seem like an ex-employee of ours...we appreciate your professionalism. Best of luck.
I have had work done on three different vehicles over the past 3-4 years. I have never been disappointed not only are they reliable, helpful but most of all honest. My car is always ready on time and there have never been any unexpected cost. Thanks to all the staff. Atlmonet

When my son's car did not pass inspection for emmissions, the manager looked up the problem, made a quick repair and did not even charge for the piece of hose that needed replacing. A very friendly and welcoming staff. I will definitely go back.

I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic the service and care to my car. A friend recommended Tom at the Ponce De Leon Exxon. After talking to Tom on the phone I drove to Midtown Atlanta from Cartersville. My friend was right it was worth the drive, the cost was reasonable, the service was the best I've ever had getting my car fixed. I will be making the drive for all of my future car repairs.

I needed a new battery quickly. the garage I usually go to is good but the wait is always long. I had gotten a coupon in the mail for an oil change so i called about getting a battery. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and told me I could get in & out quickly. When I got there they checked to make sure the battery was the issue and then gave me an estimate immediately. The whole thing to0k about 10 minutes and everyone was just plain nice. What I really liked was the acknowledgement paid to the customers. I spoke with three employees and everyone actually looked me in the eye when talking to me. First time customer and I will definately try these guys again.
