They gave me the lowest quote on a fairly complicated job. They finished on time and were great to work with. All of their subcontractors were great also. I don't expect to have another complicated job needing shower roof lowering, sealing shower for steam, plumbing, and shower door extension; but if I did I would call them.

I have several rental properties and have used other companies to refinish tub, shower, tile, etc For my most recent need, I contacted 3 refinishers and discussed their process and received quotes (I don't do anything without doing research first!). One was out of the ballpark expensive, and the other was competitive to Porcelain Innovations. Even though they were not the bottom line cheapest, I chose Porcelain Innovations because I felt very confident they could do the job. They were willing to work we me on correcting existing tile issues, gave me some options to consider and were able to meet my tight timeline. The refinishing guys were professional, always on time to the job, which is important when you have many things going on, and I was totally comfortable with them having a key to access the property when I was not there. The final product was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better job. Candice really won me over when she actually installed the tub drain hardware herself! Don't waste your time looking around at others, these guys are the best.

After several quotes to remodel our bathrooms, we chose Porcelain Innovations not only for their price, but for their professionalism. Candice was knowledgeable, prompt and always courteous, even when we caused delays due to hardware not being delivered on time. Her team always showed up on time, kept the area clean and respected quiet times when our children were taking their naps. My wife and I are pretty demanding when it comes to getting what we want and Candice and her team exceeded our expectations.

You can add my 5 star review to all of the others. Candace is great to deal with and knows her business. Jeremy did the job, and I am extremely pleased with his work. If you hire anyone else, you will not be hiring the best.

Candice and her team replaced the shower pan in my master bath and resurfaced the tub and surround in my hall bath. They were friendly, polite, neat, clean, and professional. The transformations was remarkable. They look brand new. I look forward to having them come to work on the floors in the near future. I highly recommend them.
