Reports are generated with state of the art inspection software and are uploaded to a secure website where they can be viewed by the client and their agent (with the client's permission). My reports use lots of photos, using them to convey any issues quite clearly when I go through the inspection summary with the client and Realtor on site. I strive to make my reports clearly written and easily understandable, avoiding jargon and unfamiliar terms, or at least explaining what the technical terms mean. Of course, I am always available to answer question that may come up after the inspection.
