It is difficult to get our young kids to sit (let alone smile) for pictures. Their staff was nice but had no absolutley no clue how to help this. Good photgraphers know how to get their subjects (young and old) to smile. We walked out with nothing.

This place was way too over booked. We had to wait an hour past our appt time to get pictures made and ended up having to leave because I needed to feed my son and couldn't wait the extra hour the people around us said they were waiting to get their pictures. They have way overbooked their customers. The pctures are taken by teenagers. Worse than that they lied about the wait to get the portraits taken. This place is not worth it.

I have been to this studio several times, but after my last experience, I will not be going back. My average wait, has been about 40 minutes. With young children who need to eat and nap, this long wait is not acceptable. Last time, I decided to walk in. I was told they had an opening in 15 minutes. An hour! later, it was our turn. My daughter started to cry right away. Within 10 seconds, the photographer asked me if I wanted to reschedule. "Aren't you even going to try", I asked..... That will be my last time there.

Waste of time. We got our toddler and infant ready for pictures and waited 40 minutes past our appointment time until we finally walked out. During that time, no one even bothered to come out and speak to anyone waiting to let them know about their delays. When we told the manager we were leaving because of the long wait, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "Okay". No apology. Why have customers make an appointment when you can't keep it? Will not go back. If you decide to go, be prepared to wait!

Portrait Innovations at Perimeter takes great photographs and is a nice value (you will walk away with plenty of photographs of your child). But the pricing structure in my opinion is needlessly complicated. I found the whole experience in the studio unnerving but was happy in the end.

I have taken both of my children to Portrait Innovations. They do not charge a sitting fee and take at least 50 photos of your kids/family. The price is unbeatable for the number of pictures and their pictures are awesome. They take great Candids too. The toughest part, is that they move quickly when you are making a decision as to what to buy. Its a bit of pressure so you may want someone else to come watch your kids while you decide so that you can truly concentrate!
