My card would not open the gate, so i had to go to office on almost daily basis for > 1 wk, till i was told it is pretty much "YOUR" problem. Once they get your contract they do not care. How would it work for them if they could only get money from my bank most of the time but not all the time. That is my point, i need to get to my appartments if i am paying for them. They try to make their system problem my problem, eventhough it is not. And there is no one really to talk about it in that office, the higher you go in the management the more it becomes "my" problem.

Although the apartments are a nice size, they are not delivered immaculate and the maintenance crew had to be called in several times. The toilet was always backing up...bugs galore (but at least there was no extra charge). The management company and staff onsite do absolutely nothing. If you have a problem, they hang up on you. It's the only complex that has a clause in a lease that allows them to deny a tenant entrance into their office. This is unheard of .....and I've lived all over the world! The people are very clicky and unfriendly. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

The staff was amazing, and the amenities were great! There workout room is by far the best out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in. I loved the fact that I could walk to Mellow Mushroom and Whole Foods. The location is great! Close to Buckhead, Downtown, Midtown, Emory, and Decatur. I felt safe b/c they always kept the gates closed. Also liked their large recycling area. Never got a chance to use the Urban Garden - but I know that would have been cool. However, the downsides are: Not a great place if you have a dog, very few potty areas The walls are paper thin, I heard my neighbor sneeze once - make sure you have a corner unit on the top floor
