This place only cares about your money. We just moved out of a clean, intact apartment and are now being charged an extra $500 on top of what we paid for security deposits (which was a lot). Plus, after we moved out we almost lost our new apartment because the office staff at Post screwed something up and we had an eviction notice on our credit reports that was completely unwarranted. There are many other places to live in the area, if for some reason you want to live surrounded by homeless people (because they are everywhere around there).
