After years of struggle and poor self-image Dr. Pousti gave me a new lease on life. When I considered a tummy tuck it was always on my "wish list" and "some day I'd like to" Dr. Pousti made it a reality and for the first time in my adult life I am comfortable in my own skin. At 50 I decided to get in shape and lost 50 lbs. The weight loss combined with 4 c-sections left my abdomen less than attractive. Although the recovery was a challenge it was well worth it and I was training with my trainer 6 weeks post op. The results have been amazing. I continue to get compliments and am thrilled when I look in the mirror. I realize, how I take care of my body, is a life time adventure and for the first time in years I am enjoying the ride. My wife and I are extremely happy with Dr. Pousti and his crew. Her surgery was Dec. 1st and they called every day to check up her. She did an extended tummy tuck and breast aumentation 525cc. We are both very happy with them. She is already riding her dirt bike again! Vanessa has been taking care of her the entire time, she is a big part of my wifes happiness. With 34J breasts, I experienced chronic headaches, back pain, and neck tension. Bras were painful. I visited Dr. Pousti for a breast reduction and felt taken care of at once. He was honest about expectations and advice. I was impressed that he is double board certified. I was very nervous, but he and his staff eased the process and surgery. Staff called every day for the first two weeks after. Only a few months later, I can exercise and wear any clothing I choose. It is extremely liberating! The recovery takes patience, but words cannot convey what this has done for my life. I have reclaimed my health. Dr. Pousti changed my life and is a talented man, not only skilled at his practice, but kind at his core. It is rare to have a mix of skill and honest concern for the lives of patients. For Dr. Pousti, it is not merely an hour or two of surgery, but a life-long relationship which begins the first time you meet. I would make this decision again and I fully recommend Dr. Pousti.

I have been suffering from discomfort of my labia from my very early teens. I had dramatic weight gain as a teenager and first began to notice the problem. I am proud to say that I have lost 89 lbs. But no matter how much the rest of my body shrunk and got smaller that part just wouldn't. It is very frustrating to work so hard to feel beautiful but still not be satisfied. I didnt know there was anything that could be done about it until about a year ago. I did my research and found Dr. Pousti to be the best choice based on other testimonials and before and after pictures. The Dr. is a miracle worker as far as I am concerned. I am sooo sooo happy with my results. I didn't think it was possible, but thanks to him it is. And his staff are so warm and friendly and very understanding.. Of course you would be uncomfortable at first, I was, but I assure you you spend one minute with the doc and his staff and you mind and heart will be at ease. This experience has truly been a blessing because it no longer a dream it is finally real. I am sure you will find your experience to be the same.

After a shoulder injury, I was not able to lift enough weight to get my chest to where I wanted it. So I decided to investigate pectoral implants and after meeting with three surgeons, I decided on Dr. Tom Pousti in La Mesa, CA.

Dr. Pousti and his staff, especially Daisy, were always very professional, courteous, and kind. When I had some minor complications with me surgery, they always did their best to get me in quickly and to take care of the problem. I was followed more longer and more frequently than the average patient, yet they always seemed happy to see me and happy to help. I am extremely happy with the results and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone considering surgery.

I am a current patient of Dr. Pousti and am very pleased with the patient care I receive from him and from his staff. It is amazing that the staff remembers me each time I walk into the office. Most places, you are just a number. I had a mommy makeover and am happy with the results. He has been very honest on what he could do for me. I'm also touched that the office travels to all 3 offices to accomodate patients, so the patient doesn't have to travel far; that is truly dedication and shows they care.

I just wanted to thank Dr. Pousti & staff, for always treating me as a friend rather than just another patient. From my first consultation meeting the doctor, he was always honest and professional. I have never been so comfortable with a doctor or their staff. I was given a great opportunity to meet several of Dr. Pousti patients who had breast augmentation surgery. I was able to speak to them in private to talk about their experience with Dr. Pousti & staff, each patient had many positive things to say. Not to mention his amazing website, that had hundreds of before & after photos, with many more positive testimonials. Truly Dr. Poust is amazing and has a wonderful staff… I’m seven weeks post-op and a very happy patient for life. I highly recommend Dr. Pousti & staff!
