very satisfied
I called and spoke to Alex on the phone he was very helpful and actually helped me to diagnose my tv problom before they even got their. Was able to give me a good cost idea for the repair before we even met. We set up a time to fix my 60 inch Samsung rear projection. They were on time and fixed my tv quickley. I would totally recomend Them to any of my Friends

Poor Service. Steve and Alex MIA
Called these guys to repair my Samsung TV. Spoke w/Steve who said he had the part and could repair my TV within the next 2 or 3 days. Set up an appointment for Steve to come by and he never showed. Called Steve who then said Alex would come in his place the next day. Alex never showed. Heard from Alex the following day and he assured me he would come the next day. Over 2 wks later, I still haven't heard from Alex or Steve. No phone call, follow upnothing. Poor service. If you can't do the job then say it up front. DON'T WASTE MY TIME.

Great Service & Great Price!
We had a LCD TV repaired and the service tech was professional and EARLY! He was honest about the repair and had the repair part with him. It all took about 1 hour and we had a working TV and a happy family! We are VERY pleased. Thank you!

Very Honest and do Quality work
I had a very non-typical repair for these guys. I needed some electronic soldering done on a circuit board for an auto component. While they don't typically do this kind of work, they agreed to go ahead and do it for me. They did a great job and even cleaned up some of my soldering mess on the work that I had tried to do myself. Their repair job worked and saved me over $600 from what I would have been charged at the auto dealer!! These guys are very honest, nice guys, and do quality work. I would definitely bring my TV into them for repair.

Fast and Friendly
My 50" Samsung needed a color wheel. I delivered the TV to their shop and within ten minutes the bad part was out! I had purchased a new wheel somewhere else and had it delivered to them two days later. It was installed within two hours and I picked up the set that afternoon. There was one adjustment I had to make through the service menu at home, but Rodney walked me right through it and the picture looks great! This is the place to call.
