I took my 4 year old daughter here and when we did the walk thru at the daycare the owner told me that they will do classroom work and that they teach pre-k! Not the case, my daughter never brought home anything other than a white piece of paper with scribbles on it! School aged kids were in the room with her and taught her to curse, and most importantly they lost my daughters inhaler! Do your research you can find better!!!!!

We needed a daycare for my son for one day a week for 3.5 hours, but was told that the minimum amount of hours you could have your child there was 6 hours! So I paid the 6 hour fee weekly. I notified them my son would not be present for 3 weeks and they ran my card 2 times. Once I addressed the concern, they offered to credit it back, but didn't. One day I had to drop my son in 2 hours early and they said the maximum time was 5 hours! They either don't know their own rules or just like taking $$$ because I was told I would have to pay more money for those 2 hours. Horrible daycare service and wouldn't recommend it!

Im really sad to see the reviews below. It sounds like disgruntled parents. The staff really work with my schedule. They let me change it every week. I am a single mom and work crazy hours and this is the only childcare that works with my family. They offer a tuition discount program that helps with costs. My children love it there. The owner is very business minded and most people dont like it. Thats probably why these other people left bad reviews, but the rest of the staff is amazing. We love Ms.Bree and Ms. Alycia. Thank you for caring for my kids the way I do.

I'm glad that others have had a better experience than my family's. Quite frankly, I believe everyone is on a discount. We were too. Their fees are exorbitant otherwise. Try reducing your hours; they will throw your rate right back at you. They will gladly modify your contract with an increase in hours though if it results in your paying more. Their discounts are but a marketing ploy to make you think you are getting a deal. There is a difference between business minded and being poorly treated/serviced. One would imagine that true business sense would be treating the families bringing in the business a little better and being consistent with what's said.

Ray and Rural location! I am a upset parent. There are way too many early childhood aged children together in one room. Walking in the room you can see the teacher burnt out. I did call state and they told me what the ratio was and they did say they could be cited for this.

The new Ray and Rural location is not on a national food program. Children are fed lunch type snack foods, no hot meals. These people go out of their way to protect the interests of sociopathic fathers who hold the child hostage secretly from the natural mother during divorce procedings. If you ask for their hourly records they will ask you to leave and come back when you have a court order. They obviously have a lot to hide. My son also has a double ear infection and bronchitis now. Beware! They are secretive and the place reeks of bleach.

I chose this daycare because I work late at a hospital and go to school part time. So I picked up my son at late hours 11pm to 12am at times. When enrolling my son I felt pressure to pay in advance or my son would not have a spot held for him, even though he would be fulltime. There are several unreasonable fees, I had to pay $50.00 a month to get a rate of $175 a week he had to attend a full 50 hours even though I only needed 47hours so I was also pressured to lose more time with my son in order to ge this rate. The first night I picked up my son I waited 15 minutes the teacher did not check to see who I was. The second week I picked him up with dirty diapers several times and one night had no pants yet I always packed two outfits. Then lastly I was staying during lunch and my son had to witness a four year being forced to hold to large dictionary size books on her head this concerned me for her spine and nervous system when I informed the office they told me she deserved it and I asked how my son was discipline and she informed me other forms of punishment were used for him as if this was a joke. I would only recommend CPS go to this daycare no one else to me they do not deserve stars they are a scam I never recieved a full refund and was treated like I was stupid and honestly I never saw my son learning even when I picked him up at seven he was watching sponge bob that is not educational tv sorry

Precious Treasures has professional staff and a great director. What I particularly like is that the children are still learning in the evening. Overall they have quality service.

Precious Treasures is a life saver. Without them I would not be able to work the job that I do. They provide excellent, nurturing care for my children. I have no doubt in my mind that my children are well cared for while there. They offer a wide range of different activities and even offer a pre school type setting for the older children. I would definately recommend them to anyone.
