Precise Electric

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike was thorough and ensured that the root problem was solved. It's nice to know that there are folks who take pride in their work and don't just fix symptoms. Additionally, he came out on a snowy day that I honestly didn't expect him to come out on. Lastly, his rate was awesome. It cost me much less than I had expected. Mike and Precise Electric is my electrician from now on!

Everything completed on time, on budget and in an excellent manner. Cleanup was very thorough; we couldn't be happier.

Excellent - he wasn't able to fix my fan but gave me great advice. I also asked him to bid on a couple of other projects around my house which I may end up using him for.

Know that we did not ask for a cost estimate and we did not get additional bids from other companies to compare costs. We were at a point where things weren't working and we just want them fixed. So given that statement I was surprised at the cost of a ceiling fan installation and not thrilled with a restocking fee. Given that I did not ask for costs up front and did not have the patience to search for other bids I accept my error. I will say that I was happy with the work done (maybe not all the costs) and Michael was very professional. He does exude confidence and knowledge and I would easily recommend this company. His response was quick as was the work. I know electrical work is expensive and we needed some help so I am glad we ended up with Michael as we could have easily got taken and I don't feel like we did. Next time I may try installing my own fan to save $$ but if I was going to hire out, I would not hesitate to call Michael.

Within 10 mins of completing the online form with Service Magic I received a call from Mike at Precise Electric. Later the same morning he came out and discussed the equipment (fans) and the install process along with a bid.
After receiving three bids, I went with Precise to do the install. The following day Mike was here at the appointed time and completed the install.
I am EXTREMELY pleased with this experience. Fast, accurate & friendly are a few of the many qualities of Mike & Precise Eletrical.
I will definately chose Service Magic for all future projects. And I'll ONLY use Precise Electrical for any electrical work.
