This evening, I picked up my beautiful automobile, a Gold Mercedes 2001 C240) from the "spa" (Precision Dent, LLC) in Lawrenceville!! My car was gorgeous when I pulled up to pick it up. Jeremy is the best ever (he's efficient and quick). He has worked on my car before and recently made it ten times more interesting to look at and ride in (yes, an older gentlemen hit the rear right tail light and then some the day after my b-day). So, if you need dents repaired, major/minor collision damage repaired, painting, and/or detailing for a fair price, go to Precision Dent LLC/Detail Masters of Atlanta. I can always count on Jeremy and Blaire (sp?) at Precision Dent, LLC/Detail Masters of Atlanta to do a wonderful job on my car and to be pleasant through the billing process as well. My dad has never met him and loves the work he does! Thank you and I hope I don't have anymore bumps and bruises, but if so I know where to go...

Really great job! It was a pleasure to do business with Precision Dent. I needed a ride back to work, and they picked me up when my car was fininshed. My car looks new again!! Thanks! Would recommend to my friends!

I took my wifes 07 BMW X3 to get a dent removed and a couple of scratches touched up. I met with Jeremy, he gave me a reasonable quote. I dropped off the car a couple of weeks later with 1 hour notice. They were completed the job in 6 hours. I picked up the car the next day. The dent repair looked great as did the scratch removal. I would go back. I had no idea that this establishment had such bad reviews and did not experience any of the things the above reviewer's mentioned. Maybe they learned from their mistakes..either way, I would go back without question. Great Job!

**Same company as Detail Masters of Atlanta** This is the most unprofessional, unorganized business I have ever encountered. I brought my car to their "New" location, a warehouse space in an office park. The staff (what little there are) were unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. I paid over $300.00 for a detail job that I could have paid my church youth group to do for $30. The tire rims were still dirty, the windows were streaked, my floor mats had fresh dirt on them. Maybe I just had a bad isolated experience, but go at your own risk.

I don't know how this place stays in business. They don't even know how to fix a simple scratch or dent. They gladly take your money, tell you they are going to fix your car and completely do the opposite. Oh and if you don't have a luxury vehicle, you might as well just forget it. They will completely ignore you (like your money is not green if you don't drive a range rover..whatever). They should change their name to "I'll fix it if I feel like it" dent..what is their problem?? I know one thing, I am NEVER taking my car anywhere near there again. I hope they keep their contracts with the car dealerships because that's the only way they are ever going to make any money. Dishonest, unprofessional, rude and lazy. That's all they are. The owner drives a hummer around like hes actually doing something - please..you'll go broke soon sir if you keep treating people like dirt. If you don't bring yourself down with you smug attitude, your staff will do that for you. And you'll deserve it too..

Beware!! This operation is a joke! Very unprofessional and caused more problems to my car than the little fix I took to them to handle. Had to spend more dollars to correct the bigger problem they created at a real body shop. The epitome of this bad experience was that they could not even match the paint on my car...and to make matters worse, painted my entire bumper when I only approved fixing a small scuff mark on it. At first the owner didn't think the bad paint match was a problem...then he fessed up and said the paint color was hard to match! A really sad excuse for a repair shop! Not even worth me trying to get my $$$ back.

I took my car in for a simple dent. They said it would take 3 days to finish. I drove all the way back twice because they said it was ready and it still wasnt ready when I got there! I came back one time and I am pretty sure they tried to lie to us and say they put on a new fender. At the end, we were charged $300 for UNPROFESSIONAL work. The paint didn't match, there was still a small dent, and they left overspray all over my car! I took it to another car shop closer by and they said that Precision Dent just caused about $1200 worth of damage on my car. They CAUSED damage, they didn't fix anything. The owner agreed to pay half the amount. However, after two weeks of never getting a check, I called on the first day of the new year and he said "Don't F-ING call me on a holiday". I am taking this place to court. Don't waste your time. They are EXTREMELY rude and do not get the job done right.

I went by for an estimate and was given a reasonable quote. Called the next day to set up the apointment and was told the work would take 1 1/2 hours. I took the car in and 2 1/2 hours later it wasnt finished. Since I had to go to work, I resceduled to come back for the remaining "1 hour" of work. When I went, it actually took another 2 1/2 hours. (Ironically, when I got home that night they left a message earlier in the day saying the job would take 5 hours!) Good thing I waited in their un-air conditioned lobby and didnt know this at the time. However, I dont think they did anything different during this 2nd visit and but at least they nocked off $50 from the original quote. Would not recommend this company.

I can't imagine what happened when the other reviewer went to Precision Dent. I went with a front bumper with very bad paint scratches on a 1999 Toyota and they beautifully repainted it for less than half of the cost of a a regular body shop. They were very courteous to me and the car was ready the same day.

I am in complete disbelief as to what just happened to myself and my vehicle at this "establishment". This place is a complete disaster. I had a small dent and a few scratches on my bumper, nothing too major. I took my car to this place and had the unfortunate experience with dealing with a rude owner and staff, a dirty waiting room, Unprofessional technicians (one was actually fast asleep on the couch in the waiting area when I went to pick up my car, and never woke up the whole time) and COMPLETELY unprofessional work. Not to mentioned, On the day of pick up, I was informed that my car was ready and when I showed up to pick it up, the technician was still under the hood doing god knows what and my bumper was still detached from my car - on the floor to be precise. I had to wait 20 minutes for him to finished whatever he was doing. He then told me to take a look at the car when it was completed, but added the disclaimer that I may need to come back for additional "sanding". Why didn't he complete the "sanding" when the car was there for 2 days??? What are these guys doing?? Now that I look at my car, the bumper looks almost as bad as it did when I brought it in to them. There are still scratches and indentations on it and the panel at the bottom of the bumper is somehow still detached from the car. HOW???!! These people must be on something..I'm sorry!!! Now, I have to go back to them to get this fixed!!! goodness knows what they are going to do to my car!! Pray for me..
