I have lived in Atlanta for over 25 years and have been through a number of HVAC companies. I moved into a new home in 2014 that was being serviced by Precision. There are 5 HVAC units in the home. Precision has demonstrated incredible knowledge and consistent service over the past few months. Their technician, Haneef, treats my home as if it were his own. He is meticulous in checking every single system and ensuring proper operation. New thermostats were installed and one moved to help with airflow and temperatures. The office staff is also incredible and extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about Precision. Oh, and not only have they done an incredible job with the HVAC, they have provided me with multiple reference for other very reliable and reasonably priced resources for plumbing and other needs. Thank you very much, Precision and Haneef!!!

Precision Has been my "HVAC GO TO" Company for 10 years. I have had to call them @ 10 PM and Penney got someone out to my home with 1 and 1/2 hours. Always get Same Day Service and a Discount because I am on their priority list.

I have used them several times and always felt as if I was over-charged. I decided to do some research and discovered that I was over-charged each and every time that they ever replaced a part in my hvac system. On one occasion, the exact same part cost $12 but they charged me $149. On another occasion, the part cost less than $50 and they charged me over $299. The last straw was when my main board (ignition control board) went bad. They wanted $500 for the part alone. I found the part on line for $119. I researched and performed the replacement myself. Being a woman, I always felt as if I was being taken advantage of and on 3 separate occasions I had proof that I was indeed over-charged. I would recommend that you NEVER use this company. I can understand marking up the price of parts, but not to the degree that this company does.

I was out of town and my wife call Pecision Hvac because the A/C stopped working. They came out and OVER charged her to replace the capacitor. Basically they charged over $300 for a $20 part(Capacitor) and 5 minutes of labor. The part can be purchased on numerous websites. Just do a search on the internet before dishing out the wallet and save yourself tons of money.

I have used this company for 10 years and could not be more pleased! I recently replaced both my A/C and furnance to be more energy efficient (before I "had" to). The technicians came out and installed both units in one day and all were very professional and courteous. I also did NOT want to keep going into the attic space to change the filter every month and they took care of that as well. GREAT JOB Precision!!!!

I've used Precision for maintenance on my hvac system for several years now. Over the summer my furnace went out - shutting down my a/c. I called Precision late at night and they offerred to send someone right out to diagnose the problem. They found the problem and my 25 year old furnace was a goner - luckily for me they got a new one in and installed within one day and I had air in August. Great customer service in the office and the technicians. Look forward to using them again in the future.

Everytime Precision HVAC comes to my home which is twice a year, they tell me somethings wrong. Then after they leave, my systems don't work so another day off work to hear I need a new system. My house is only 6 years old. I now use another company and will not use PRECISION HVAC ever again. Preventative maintanence is something these people don't know anything about.DO NOT CALL PRECISION HVAC. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I've used this company for years and never had a problem other than having to wait around for them to show up. But I had a routine furnace check up done recently and got a technician who said I had a carbon monoxide leak and he really should just shut it down but didn't want me to go without heat - need to have the furnace replaced right away! Called Cool Masters who came out the next day to confirm this - NO LEAK! This was just a scare tactic! I asked for a refund of my bogus service call and supposedly someone in "customer Service" was going to call me to arrange that and no call so far (and they did cash my check for that call). So be careful of these people. I don't know if this was just one bad employee or if this is the new direction this company is going.

I have used Precision since 1993. I have my systems checked twice ayear and have never had a major problem because of it. Their service people are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They always seem to go the extra mile. They are always on time and give you advance notice of their arrival and an apology if they were hung up on a job and running a little late. I will continue to use Precision for my HVAC needs. I give them my highest recommedation.

Wonderful service tech in Todd. He was very courteous and proficient. He explained every thing he did and how it helps to maintain my unit. Precision's phone representative, Rachel was a delight to talk with as she kept me informed regarding my servicing.

Recently, we needed to replace our 16 year old A/C unit. We had used Precision in the past so felt confident they could help us. We were very pleased with the technicians. Not only were they cordial but they took the time to explain our options. I would highly recommend Precision.

This company installed the HVAC units in my subdivision. Because of that, I called them when I had problems with my unit. Unfortunately, I had to have them over several times - they never could seem to fix it correctly. Added to that was their inconvenient service hours. They eventually fixed the problem. It took at least three visits (each time I had to take off work). I have no plans to use them again.

Furnace went out on the weekend. Expected to pay weekend rate, which was $179. Needed two parts, also at a "weekend rate." Wasn't told this up front. Part don't have to work harder on the weekend, so I was very disappointed and suprised at this. When I first called, I couldn't get a clear answer on price from the person who answered the phone. Total bill over $550. I will not use this company again.
