I have used them several times and always felt as if I was over-charged. I decided to do some research and discovered that I was over-charged each and every time that they ever replaced a part in my hvac system. On one occasion, the exact same part cost $12 but they charged me $149. On another occasion, the part cost less than $50 and they charged me over $299. The last straw was when my main board (ignition control board) went bad. They wanted $500 for the part alone. I found the part on line for $119. I researched and performed the replacement myself. Being a woman, I always felt as if I was being taken advantage of and on 3 separate occasions I had proof that I was indeed over-charged. I would recommend that you NEVER use this company. I can understand marking up the price of parts, but not to the degree that this company does.

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I was going out of town + 3 days before my air stopped working. My tech was sent over immediately. He diagnosed the problem. New air was installed + payment agreement done before i left town, Very impressed.

Tech was very knowledgeable. Told us exactly what was wrong with our unit without beating around the bush. Thank you to the credit dept. for all your help. Very reasonable rates.

Your company was wonderful. The tech's who installed our new system stayed late just to get it done in one day. Very polite and cleaned up every bit.
