I wasted my money
Started out great with Paul, very professional. Stayed fine - he came out and diagnozed my "leak in roof" as a gutter issue. Well, I have two thousand dollars worth of new gutters (look fine!), but my roof is still leaking. Going to home Depot to get a tarp because Paul keeps saying they're coming but they haven't. about 2 weeks now. Hope they have something in other than blue for the tarp since they took my money and the original problem is still there!! I'll change this review if they do what they should have done in the first place. Paula Massey

Very Disappointed
In the past reviews from Kudzu have never steered me wrong until now. One of our condo owners had a roof leek and I wanted Precision Residential Services to give a quote and hopefully repair the leek. They were picked because of all the positive feedback and they were also very close by. I had the unit owner call to schedule since they needed to get inside the unit and I would be there for billing or other questions. The appointment was set for Friday 03-20-09 before 10:00AM at our building. Chris who set the appointment called that morning and said had an emergency and rescheduled for the following Monday same time. Once again they were a no show and now a week later has yet to even return phone calls or e mails. Again I was very surprised because of all the positive feedback however since not even coming to two appointments to quote the job I am very glad we did not hire them.

Precision has done an excellent job for me over the years. I 100% recommend this company. I have had several rental houses and personal houses that they have roofed and guttered for me. They take care of me and will continue to in the future. Excellent work.

very straightforward and honest
These are two qualities that I hold in high regard when having a company work on my house. I liked the different options they gave me as far as the roof and gutters. I could then decide what was feasible with my budget. Quality was excellent and the price was reasonable. Very satisfied customer.

excellent company
I was very pleased with this company from start to finish. I needed a new roof and gutter system and they supplied the best value I felt. I got three different estimates. Very clear proposal with no hidden charges. The crews were very professional in appearance and mannerism. They treated my house like it was theirs. Very happy to recommend this company.
