too busy!
This practice was recommended to me in glowing terms by several people, but I fail to see the appeal! The docs and nurses seem nice enough, but they are SO rushed. This was my first pregnancy and I was rushed through every appointment (with the exception of the first; though the NP seemed busy, she was also kind, and took time to ask if I had questions.) I don't fault the docs or nurses, but they are just too busy. Many times I had to wait in between procedures for a room to be cleared. A couple of times I was stuck in the hall, waiting for someone to tell me where to go next! The final straw was overhearing a nurse tell the doc "see her next, she's quick" (I'm young and healthy, no complications). Bottom line is, this being my first pregnancy and having received nearly nothing of educational value from my visits (the packet is nice, but no personal touchI can get as good or better info online) and no personal attention, I plan to change practices. That said you may get better service if you're due at a less busy time....
