I've been doing to Preferred Women's for 9 yrs. They are wonderful. Might not always been on time and but they worth the wait. Be nice to the front desk and they will be nice to you.

I was reffered by a friend and she had her baby with Dr. Arona. I have been with them through the first half of my pregnancy and am disappointed. I still have yet to even meet Dr. Arona. I have seen the other two doctors who are both nice, but everyone (including the doctors) are very nice but VERY RUSHED! The wait is horrible every time I have an appointment. I waited 1 hour 20 min at the last appt to get into a room and then another 20 minutes waiting in the room. Then when the doctor came in. We have ended up spending 2-2.5 hrs in the office for a visit (especially if we have an ultrasound that day). It's ridiculous. It does just feel like a baby mill even though they are nice, it's not personal and it's too rushed, I don't feel like anyone knows me.

This is my 3rd child and first time using them. They're too busy, always rushing; can't get nurses on the phone immediately(have to leave message); billing error; too commercialized; not personal at all. Although some staffs and doctors are good, I need a place that make me feel comfortable in general. I sure will NOT recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

This group was were I went for my first pregnancy, what a disappointment. You don't see the same doctor, if you see the doctors at all. I felt like I was going to a baby mill office. No one knew me and were not very knowledgeable to answer my questions. I never even got a straight answer about whether it was safe to continue my pilates workout. The front office staff was nice, but expect to wait to get into your appointment. The doctors were ok, but constantly checking their watch. Overall, just not a good experience, not awful, just mediocre.

They have pros and cons. They are a very busy practice. I've waited an hour and half before for an appointment. I don't remember what the circumstances were but it was very frustrating. Then I actually had to wait in the COLD room with only the paper top and sheet for another 30 minutes for the doctor to come see me. However, as far as the doctors and nurse practitioners go, they are very nice and seem to be very knowledgeable. Once you get to see them, it's a great practice.
