too busy!, 6/21/2007

This practice was recommended to me in glowing terms by several people, but I fail to see the appeal! The docs and nurses seem nice enough, but they are SO rushed. This was my first pregnancy and I... was rushed through every appointment (with the exception of the first; though the NP seemed busy, she was also kind, and took time to ask if I had questions.) I don't fault the docs or nurses, but they are just too busy. Many times I had to wait in between procedures for a room to be cleared. A couple of times I was stuck in the hall, waiting for someone to tell me where to go next! The final straw was overhearing a nurse tell the doc "see her next, she's quick" (I'm young and healthy, no complications). Bottom line is, this being my first pregnancy and having received nearly nothing of educational value from my visits (the packet is nice, but no personal touch...I can get as good or better info online) and no personal attention, I plan to change practices. That said you may get better service if you're due at a less busy time.

completley satisfied, 12/28/2006

I have been a client of preferred women's healthcare for 10 years and I am completely satisfied with allmof there services. I am now 52 years old and went through mid life crisis with nom crisis... thanks to Dr. Audrey Aurona. Now my 18 year old daughter is also a very satisfied customer. I am also a healthcare professional that works in a clinic setting so I do know how to compare. Kudos to them all.

Great in Gwinnett

Dr Arona is easy to talk to, professional, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Nurses and staff provide excellent service. Having routine questions answered while not in their office is time-consuming.

Prenatal Care

I could not have asked for a better group of physicians when I had a baby in December 2004. Dr. Evans delivered my daughter and made sure the event was special. During my prenatal care, I was cared for by the most knowledgable group of people I've ever met. Thanks!
