Premier Auto Glass

After a lot of research we chose Premier Auto Glass because it was affordable and the customer service was great. They came out to my job, installed the new window and cleaned the car. He did ask me to check it with spraying water on it when it dried, before we could, first major rain storm, was on a 12 hour drive to Florida, water came pouring in. We called, they came out, resealed and offered to pay for car to be cleaned which we did not take. Next rainstorm same thing, we have since set up numerous appointments to get it resolved and none of them have been kept, first a lot of car trouble anyway after a while it just sounded like excuses, so end result is we have a window that leaks it has damaged our fuses so dashboard lights short circuit, the car is stuck with a musty, wet smell and we still don't have a fixed window. I am a firm believer in supporting individual business owners, but we have been patient with our time (it has been over a year) and I'm done, it's time to report to the Better Business Bureau.

Keith came out and fixed my windshield at the lowest price in town. Except he couldn't get the molding right on my 03 lexus. He came out a couple more times to try and fix it, but to no avail. After I insisted that he either fix it right, or split the cost of the repair with me, he ended up splitting the cost of the repair with me. Ended up costing same as more expensive places. Turns out he used the wrong screws for the job. Nice guy that stands by his word, but I was disappointed at the amount of time it took to try and get this right.

Driver side window was smashed. Keith came out and it looks and runs like new!!! Top notch guy. Best prices and services anywhere.

Great service! Keith came to me on time and repaired my window promptly. He vacuumed out all of the broken glass from my car and made sure there were no stray pieces of glass in my drive way. The price was reasonable and he even searched multiple vendors to find the best price on a window. Highly recommended.

I have used Keith at Premier several times for my personal vehicles. This time he quoted and serviced the damaged glass on two of my large commercial trucks for my business. Not only was the price fair, the workmanship was top-notch. He and his assistant took the time to drive to the site I was working on to change the glass. This special convenience saved any down-time I may have experienced with another provider. Thanks Keith!
