Told them exactly the brand we had. They came out charged us then said they could not get the part.

Bought our first hot tub and couldn't be happier with James and the team. Minor glitch with manufacturer was quickly taken care of and service/support has been all that James promised. Hope to upgrade in a couple years! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I bought a Burlington spa in July. All I can say is "wow". James is excellent at what he does-run his business and take care of customers. James modified our deck to accept the larger Burlington at little cost to us. The spa is working great. Jimmy (now there is a likable guy) went thru the chemicals and upkeep with us and didn't try to sell us the whole world. I would recommend them for value and service. Oh, and just plain nice folks to know.

What do people look for when making a large purchase like a hot tub? For us it wasn't just about the price. We wanted a quality tub that would last for years and a company that would stand behind their product. We found that and more with Premier Hot Tubs. James and Jimmy were so knowledgeable about hot tubs and so honest that we knew we found the right place. They know their product and they know their competition. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We also had James rebuild our deck and recommend a landscaper. Now our backyard is our little paradise. Thank you James and the staff at Premier Hot Tubs!

I did extensive research and visited many hot tub dealers and by far Premier Hot Tubs was the one I was most confortable with. James and his crew are very knowledgeable-no high sales pressure, just the facts. The installation was on time and they knew what they were doing-I was impressed with how they got it in-built a ramp and slid it up. Others had told me they would have to use a crane and that would cost a lot. They answer your questions when you call and return calls promptly. These are the people you want to go with.

We recently purchased a our first tub (used Sundance Maxxus) from James and his crew. Permier Hot Tubs delivered us a nice, clean working tub that met my expectations and then some! Having purchased a used or refurbished product, I would have never expected the level of service I received from this dealer. It far outpaced my expectations. Everything about doing business with James has been phenomenal. Premier Hot Tubs knows what customer service is! Any time we have had a problem or question, no matter how small, James, Jimmy, and Art have been there to help us through it. They are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer to be sure everything is right and to leave me 100% satisfied with their service. Other than a minor technichal flaw that was to be expected purchasing something that was refurbished, this tub lives up to my expectations. I am already looking forward to my next purchase.

We had been looking for a hot tub and had visited several around the ATL area but we were not happy with what we had seen. We knew we wanted a Sundance Spa and this led us to James, the Hot Tub Guy! We read the online reviews and this led us to his store in Alpharetta. We bought a Sundance Maxxus in August and are happy beyond words! Amazing!

I did extensive research before purchasing my spa. I chose a Sundance Cameo from Premier because they were professional, knew more about spas than anyone, and they backed it up with flawless installation and setup. James (owner) and his team know their business. I recommend them and I am pleased with my Sundance spa. DG - Recent customer in Suwanee, GA

Go see James the hot tub guy and see for yourself no matter what name brand you have he will help you. With any problem you have just take a moment and listen. He talks fast because its like breathing for him some times you have to tell him to slow down. But he will tell you the truth wether you like it or not he got my chemicals straight and he did not sell me some thing I did not need go see him for yourself. I highly recommend them

User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by cynthia 06/05/2011 I boughta spa after reading that the water pulses from the jets help muscles relax. I had lower lumbar fusion about 7 years ago and the jets relax my middle and upper back, which now take on the whole load of my compromised spine. I sit in my spa every morning instead of taking ibuprofen. My back feels etter than having had a theraputic massage! The best part of this purchase was dealing with James, the owner. In hindsight, his knowledge and suggestions were right on target as this was my first spa purchase. I bought the spa he recommended. His crew did a minor deck alteration and installed the tub halfway submerged for ease of entry. I would not have thought about that as I have been in hot tubs that you had to climb up into and climb back out of. The sale, deck prep, delivery and installation went very smoothly. I also used his electrician to take care of the hard wiring and everything was well coordinated. I would highly recommend purchasing a spa from James. His staff was very professional. We purchased a Sundance Hawthorne a few months ago and couldn't be happier. We shopped around the local dealers in the Atlanta area and did not have a good feeling about purchasing a tub until we went to Premier Hot Tubs. We wanted both a top quality product and also a dealer that could provide dependable service from the install forward (we got the feeling from a few other dealers that we would purchase the tub and never see them again). James is the real deal, extremely experienced in this business. All we got from other places was a poor sales job and someone trying to get us to buy the most expensive thing in the store. James on the other hand brought up helpful ideas for what type of tub would be most comfortable and functional for us that we never would have thought of and NEVER tried to sell us any bells/whistles we didn't need or anything over our budget. His techinican Jimmy was a great help from purchase to install and they both have been helpful in any questions we have had since purchase regarding chemicals and general tub quesitons. So we are definately pleased in getting both a Sundance tub with a proven reputation for a high quality product and superior dealer service from a dealer that really does go the extra mile for his customers.

My wife and I stopped in and met James (the owner) one day last fall, and in no time we were sold on their premium line of Sundance Spas. This guy sure knows his stuff, and he's just a real nice guy to boot! Very happy with his professionalism, and the delivery guys were right on par as well. Definitely recommend this company.

Recently bought a hot tub and deck from James. He spent hours with us, choosing all the details. When he came to our home (4 trips), he suggested things that would not have occurred to us. We compared all the tubs and he threw in delivery, cover, steps and more for no charge. He taught us how to be an educated consumer in this matter. I suggest you go sit in other tubs and then try his Sundance spas. It will be the last stop you make. Wish there were more companies like this around.
