As a commitment to service in our community, we accept most forms of insurance and our out-of-pocket prices for uninsured persons are kept modest. For your benefit, we have staff members that speak Spanish, Korean, and Russian. Our providers are selected for both their diagnostic medical skills and.. their warm, approachable personalities. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO SEE THIS DOCTOR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! They don't even deserve one star. ER visit for my husband. Xray shows 5 broken ribs. ER doctor prescribed just enough pain pills to get him home and to regular doctor. Call them this morning. Filled out form for them to get records from hospital. Fail to tell us that their email system is down so we waste 2 hour waiting. Call back, numerous times. Am finally told they have the records and he can come in but they wouldn't guarantee the dr would prescribe any pain meds, said they believe in some type of "pain management" process. I asked them were they clearly saying that they would not prescribe pain medicine for someone with 5 broken ribs and they said yes, that's correct. Keep in mind that the ONLY thing you can do with broken ribs is stay still and take pain meds and wait for them to heal. We wasted more than 7 hours on the phone with them today going back and forth. If they had told us earlier in the day that they don't prescribe pain meds, we could have found another doctor today. This is the absolute most ridiculous excuse for a doctor's office I've ever encountered. A complete waste of time. (Went to another doctor the next day. My husband got right in and got the help he needed.)

Paid 75.00 copay and then 2wks later received a bill for for new patient office visit of $140.66 The place is dirty the people are rude and plan to wait in line forever for the Doc visit DO NOT GO HERE****************

This place is a scam. Went for chest X-ray and a month later I nor my primary care dr have the result. Called countless times. Nurse that I saw told me to stop my antibiotics. said I had a virus. Wrong. Got so sick from sinus infection and coughing from bronchitis that I ended up with a spinal fluid leak. That dr bill will be around $300.00.. Not to mention the excruciating pain I went thru. And of course the er visit $$$ trying to find the source of my pain before the spinal fluid leak was discovered.

Patient care at P.I.C is top-notch. Dr. Henderson listens, understands and provides the care needed to get you feeling better quickly. His staff are friendly and handle each patient effectively. Most insurance accepted in this walk in, 7-day urgent care office. Wait time can be 30 min to an hour but, worth it. Having your medical needs taken care of professionally, where you are first priority. Dr. Henderson spends time with each patient, accessing your needs correctly gives you peace of mind. Health care at P.I.C is important to Dr. Henderson and so are his patients. Providing affordable rates, accepting most insurance, offering a variety of services, 7 days a week from an Excellent Doctor, nothing but the best is what you get at P.I.C. Patient of 2yrs. Terrible! I will not be returning to this clinic. I went here out of desperation because I felt awful and did not want to bother with making a doctors appointment. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived, however, I still had to wait a hour to be called back, and another hour once I was called back. I ended up having lab work done and x-rays taken. I was told by a PA that I had interstitial pneumonia in both lower lobes. However, I went to a pulmonologist for a second opinion, and he disputed the diagnosis. Also, when I went to pick up the x-rays to take to the pulmonlogist - I had to sign a waiver saying that I would return the x-rays within 30 days? I'm pretty sure my insurance paid for those. That's not all... I called several times requesting the results from my lab work (2 vials of blood taken), and was told consistently that my results were not in, but when they received them, a nurse would call me to discuss the results. Here it is 3 weeks later, and I called to get the results - I'm on hold 10 minutes, and told yet again that a nurse would call me back! This place is sketchy! Stay Away! They could care less about the health of their patients, they just want to bill the insurance for as much as possible. $$$$ They managed to bill my insurance for $732 (+labs $313)! They billed for two injections when I only received one. $$$$

Short wait time, friendly service and great attention to detail! Dr Maria and the medical assistant, Lina were both very Down to earth! I would definitely recommend her to my friends. She was very detailed in her explanations as well as her work!

I went to the Premier Immediate Care on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and saw Jannifer Siddle and she was wonderful. She took the time to examine my foot injury, even sat on the floor comparing my feet to get a good look at the one injured. She was kind, funny, thorough and never rushed me through. Been going to this Office for over a year. Never in my life had such a caring DR!! He is the type of Doctor who remembers your name , Even his staff is wonderful. I adore Soledad!! This is not a turn and burn type clinic, something to be said when it is a FULL waiting room. That means people WANT to come here for excellent care. I will be forever grateful to Dr.Henderson, his bedside manner is an example to other Physicians, A intelligent, kind man!

I just finished my medical treatment with John Turner for some injuries I had several months ago. At this point I can say I feel almost the way I used to feel before my injuries, John listened to all my complaints making me feel really confident and secure about the medical care I was receiving. The nursing staff at the lawrenceville location is great, Lina and Ginneth always helped me out with enthusiasm and professionalism... Next time I need medical help, I will go to Premier Immediate Care in L'ville, I know they are always there to give me the best medical care!!! Thank you PIC staff.

I have been a long time patient at Premier Immediate Care (7 years). I have visited both locations (Lville and Suwanee) and have never had a bad experience at either location.Dr. Henderson runs an excellent facility and they are truly top notch when it comes to bedside manner, patient care, listening to the patient and attending to my medical needs. I have always felt right at home with this facility and they always follow-up with me afterwards regarding my condition and needs. You truly cannot find a better facility in metro Atlanta. For 7 years they have given me the best medical care one could ask for.

Both visits to Premier were horrible due to nurse Rebecca's cold and uncaring. She needs to review the chapters on how to deal with patients who have a fear of medical offices rather than make them worse!!

Rebecca worked for me until just recently for almost 10 years. She had routinely provided patients with compassionate care. I had pain in my left lower back for about a week. The pain continued to worsen. I came into your clinic and saw Mr. John Hasenauer. He performed a thorough examination and diagnosed a kidney infection. I left happy with a prescription. The entire team was great. I will definitely be back when I need medical care again. I have found my new family doctor.
