Premier Immediate Care is a modern urgent care practice with two freestanding locations in Gwinnett County. We accept patients on a no-appointment basis seven days a week and for extended hours. As a commitment to service in our community, we accept most forms of insurance and our out-of-pocket prices for uninsured persons are kept modest. For your benefit, we have staff members that speak Spanish, Korean, and Russian. Our providers are selected for both their diagnostic medical skills and their warm, approachable personalities. You will be treated with courtesy and respect. Our practice has served some 60,000+ families in our first nine years of operations.

The experience Dr. Henderson brings to Premier Immediate Care, both as a manager and clinician, is intense and broad-based.
Dr. Henderson has a Masters in Public Health and completed an Occupational & Environmental Medicine residency at Harvard. He continued on to the business school and was graduated as one of only three physicians to complete the traditional Harvard MBA program in 1997.
