Finally received reimbursement check after multiple attempts. Still did not receive a return phone call but the check came in the mail.
The RN who treated my daughter for what turned out to be, double pneumonia AND the BIG flu was very intelligent, diagnosing BOTH. All kind and attentive. I believe had we gone to the Doctors Office,... they would have not picked up on one or both of these diagnoses, therefore under-medicating. She has never been this sick, and thankfully, is on the mend, because of this facility's prompt, and well educated staff. Front desk help is very nice but cannot communicate effectively.The person who handles the billing can barely understand or speak English. When I came in for the office visit I was told it would cost me $90 because they couldn't "understand" my insurance (blue cross blue shield). I paid the $90 and they told me that when they "figured out" my insurance they would refund the $90. Instead I later received a bill for an additional ten dollars! When I called and trudged through the chore that was communicating with the woman I was transferred to, she told me that since I used my insurance it would cost more because they charge people with insurance more! Questionable business practices at best, horrible communication and office incompetence. I expected more from medical professionals, I suppose next time I'll go somewhere that actually has said professionals on staff.
I really enjoy going to premier immediate care they are the best urgent care office!! their office is very speedy they will get you in and out they are clean everyone there is nice polite and friendly starting from the Secretary to the nurses and also the doctors they make you feel very comfortable and they are very informative I'm definitely going to continue to be a patient here as long as I'm inthe areaI recommend anyone in Lawrenceville Georgiawho seek medical attention to go there they are the best
The whole family goes here and everyone knows us by our names by now. My daughter has been struggling with allergies, they now have an allergist that can help solve the issue to figure out the sinus.
My daughter wasn't feeling well with a sore throat. Went to Premier and had a great experience and they were very patient and diagnosed my daughter quickly and professionally.
I am extremely disappointed with this place. Just 2 years ago, they were amazing; however, here recently they are awful. My recently got blood work there and the doctor forgot to request all the blood work. When I asked them about he mix up they were extremely rude and told me that they will get to it when they want. After MANY calls, they just got an attitude and refused to take responsibility for their error. Even worse they kept getting an attitude with me and telling me that they are too busy. I think it is completely unprofessional considering they are dealing with medical conditions and that they would get an attitude with someone that is worried about their bloodwork. Unless something changes, this place you should AVOID.
Dr. Henderson really needs to rethink his billing manager, Ophelia, if he wants to stay in business. First of all, I left her several messages to please return my call. She never returned any of my calls, I had to keep calling until she finally answered. Second, she doesn't apologize for not calling back nor does she give a da.. about your situation. She is not polite or professional when dealing with customers. Never again, will I use this place. The worst No customer service there is! I will not use them nor recommend them again.

I left sick of arguing, of unreturned calls, of begging for an explanation of a bill & sick of trying to explain my side of the story. You wanted nothing but $, which I paid to be done with it. NOTHING is "satisfied." Thus, my comments can be found on EVERY review board a Google search finds about your business, I've made sure friends and everyone I work with knows the situation. As a former newspaper editor, I've made contacts there, too. RE: "our usual format" > I don't know about your "usual format," I'm just going on what that dr said. He specifically said he'd leave a prescription at the front desk. He didn't. I went to another dr's office - was charged a $20 copay as per my insurance - & was prescribed medicine that helped, not the medicine you say he apparently wanted to prescribe in a 2nd experiment w/my health. Re: "Heifer." I thought that more "diplomatic" than the alternative word I had in mind, which applies to everyone I've encountered there. Regardless, I await the promised letter from Transworld Systems, reflecting my bill is paid in full. I also suggest you brush up on HIPAA law.
We take patient complaints very seriously at our office and we researched your comments today as soon as we saw them. It seems that you left this feedback yesterday afternoon before you were able to speak with our billing manager, Ophelia. Ophelia related to me that later yesterday she was able to properly handle your billing complaints and that you left satisfied.
As to your visit to our offices last December I do not recall how busy the offices were then but if there was a flu outbreak it is possible that your wait time might have been longer than in the summer. We are actually very sensitive to patient wait times and we periodically perform time flow studies to see that patients are seen expeditiously.
Regarding your concern that you were not offered something after you were not better in several days last winter; in your record the provider at that time did make a note that he was interested in providing you with Azithromycin should you not improve. If we make this recommendation our usual format is to have the patient call us back if there are problems and then send the order for any additional medications directly to the pharmacy. Perhaps this is why the front desk person appeared confused when you asked her about your request.
As to your observation that one of my employees is a 'young cow' I am having to be diplomatic about this comment with my staff. They all want to know which of them is the heifer.
I was sighned up for pain management here and within 7 days i lost 300.00. dr accused me of having drugs in my urine but then once sent out they came bk negative. i dont do drugs..He is the only doctor that could care less to listen to anything i had to say once i mentioned how bad i hurt. i asked for oxycodone cause vicodine has always made me sick. mind you 9 days prior to my appt i just got off of 7 roxy 30mg a day i have been on high meds for over 2 yrs. so then all a sudden i was being dropped out of his pain program and now being called a drug addict, he never sat and gave me the right consultation to explain my pain. starting from a roll over car accident, seeing orthpedic doc neurologists pain management over 2 yrs. more pain after my kids were born. because im 33 i guess im not allowed to have pain. my whole family has arthritis, osteo and rhuematoid, chronic pain chronic fatigue anf fibromyalgia which the last 3 were my diagnosis..i have lost all my jobs due to pain, until i got on my pain meds then i was working in a bar and dancing, pain meds got my life back. before them i gained 80lbs, lost interest in daily life due to pain, withdrew from family and my 3 toddlers. i want my money back, these people knew i couldnt even afford this i had to use my DEAD grandmas money, and then they drop me and tell me to go to detox..how the can this man tell me i dont hurt, come on he dont know me..rude, now im left with NO money and i need a new doc
Hi, we take customer complaints very seriously in our office. It my understanding that you have now been seen by us for your medical concern above.
We only permit patients that want to be seen for Chronic Pain complaints at a certain time and generally only by one provider. And yes, because it can take up to two hours for your initial assessment for this medical problem we do not accept new pain patients near closing time. Also our price for this first visit is greater than our usual office charge new patient office charge of $98. If you had told the staff that you wanted to be seen for a Chronic Pain then you would have gotten different answers to your questions. No one lied to you or misrepresented anything, ma'am.

After your visit to our office you were asked to enter a program to come off your pain medications in a controlled, hospital environment. It did not appear that there was a clear reason for you to take these powerful medications. I was thinking of your best health when I made this recommendation and it is my hope that you are doing better by now.
I am a clean, well dressed woman, mother and military wife, while getting seen here for flu like symptoms the doctor checked my ears, he continues to say "did you know you have lice" Um "NO!!!" can you imagine how embarassed I was? so after hearing this shocking news I go home check my head, have my husband check my head aswell and it turned out to be product build up in my hair, I am outraged!!!!

I had cut finger on small chain saw and knew stitches were needed. Drove over to the clinic and fond door locked and realized I was about 10 minutes late. They closed at 5 on Saturday's. I was about to call my wife and tell her I was going to have to go to the Emergeny Room. Someone from the office, just so happened to be the Dr, was just sarting to drive off. He saw me with my bandaged hand and stopped. Asked what happened and took the time to look at my finger and said definitely stitches were needed. He told me come in the office and every one was so friendly even though I delayed their going home time. I commend the whole staff and give a special thanks to Dr. Henderson for stopping dressed as ragged as I was from working on a construction project at home. R.J.Baker
I had an ailment and my doctor could not see me at all that day, so I went in to the Lawrenceville facility. The receptionist greeted me and took my info right away. There were four other people ahead of me who were in and out like clockwork. I was impressed by the speed of service. I was seen by the PA, Anthony, who was as personable as he was knowledgable. I received my diagnosis, and was out in less than 30 mins. They called my prescription in to my pharmacy for me. By the time I got there it was ready for pick up, allowing me to go straight home, take it and rest. If I can help it, I'll never go to another ER again. Highly satisfied.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went on Friday Jan 6th to get a pregnancy confirmation test for medicaid. They said I would have my results Saturday Jan 7th. When I called the 7th, they kept giving me the run around that the nurse was not available. Finally Monday Jan 9th I got ahold of someone who said my blood was still at the office and had not even be sent ot the lab and I would not get my results until Tuesday. This delayed sending my medicaid application 4 days. Oh - and they said my bloodwork suggested I was only 4 weeks pregnant. When I got confirmed today I am 8. Guess my blood sitting in their office for 3 1/2 days make the results inaccurate. Do not go here, they would not even own up to their mistake.
I, Citlaly, was the nurse who helped you on this past Friday 1/6/2012 and I am also the nurse who you spoke with on the phone this past Saturday. We received your pregnancy confirmation results on Tuesday and you were then contacted by someone in our office on this same day about your results. It is not clear why your specimen was picked up on this past Monday instead of Friday, but as soon as it was available we called you with your results. We adamantly disagree with your assertion that your lab results were reported by us as being incorrect. We provided you with the exact information that was supplied to us by our lab and there was no problem with your specimen being processed on Monday as opposed to Saturday.
We are also sorry that you were upset that we could not release your medical records to you by email. For privacy reasons we did not have a secure email address for you and it so was inappropriate for to provide this for you in this format.
We hope that you have a successful, uneventful pregnancy and that you are blessed with a happy, healthy newborn.
I have been to premier immediate care several times throughout the year and PA Anthony Medina is now my regular doctor. He is a patient, knowledgeable man who truly cares for his patients. I wanted to make sure he got the compliment he deserves. Thank you, Alicia Hollis
