10 year customer. Spent $78,000 with Premier in 2006 installing 5 Trane Systems. in 2016, they charged me full price for my coil replacement on two units. Premier said my warranty was expired. I argued and argued and emailed them proof to the contrary. They held their ground so I paid for the coils. It was 90 degree weather. I Found out two months later that my warranty was in fact valid and Premier filed a warranty claim as well because I called another company for service. I gave emails from Premier stating in black and white we were out of warranty and I have warranty claims filed by the same man who sent the email. They got paid by Trane and me. Complete fraud. Premiere indoor comfort systems did an amazing job. I called with no heat. A service tech was out with in hours. My system was almost 20 years old and not worth fixing. They had their installers out the next day and put in all new equipment. Top of the line Lenox equipment. Their tech were very friendly and polite and educated us on our system and how it worked and how to maintain our system. Their prices are reasonable with their competitors and they have awesome financing options. I would recommend premiere to anyone and everyone!!!!

We have a geothermal system that Premier installed when we built our house. They have done an outstanding job maintaining the system for us. The service guys are uniformly pleasant people and know their stuff. They always show up on time and are careful in our home. I always feel fully informed when they make a recommendation. Even a couple of years past warranty, they replaced non-functioning parts for free when they realized that they should have lasted for many years longer. The only drawback is that Premier is not inexpensive. However, for our system we have found them worth the price.
I have used Premier for annual checks and bought two new furnace / AC units from them. I think they are good, professional and stand up for their work. I do think I paid a premium for this, and though I think their service guys are good, I have had trouble getting them to come when I have urgent issues, have had a number of times when I have had to remind them of the "free" years of service I received (as part of the installation of the new units) and occasionally get the service guys trying to up-sell me on other things (duct cleaning, humidifiers, etc.). So, in general I like them for the service they provide when they provide it, but don't love their administration or up-sell techniques.
I have used them several times in the last 3-4 years. On every occasion, they were able to service our equipment on a timely manner and the issues were resolved on the spot. I think their service is priced reasonably.
My experience with Premier has been very good. The service techs have always been on time and honest with their recommendations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone whether it's a maintenance contract or purchasing new equipment, you know you are dealing with pros who will stand behind their work and their products. I would not hesitate to purchase new units from them again, and they were also very helpful with the rebates and financing.
Waited awhile (~1-1/2 yrs) to post a review - wanted to give some run time. Great job matching system to house - didn't try to upsell to a high-end model that I really didn't need. Doubted there'd be any real utility savings, but the new systems are saving me money on both my gas and electric bills. Definitely recommend.

AC went out on my geothermal system on a Saturday in June. I have a contract with another company and they couldn't send someone out until TUESDAY. Called Premeir and they were able to send someone out 1st thing Sunday morning. Mike was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes. He was courteous and professional and took the time to explain the problem to me. I will definitely be switching to Premier to service my geothermal system going forward!

After about 5 years jumping through hoops with other companies regarding my malfunctioning ac unit, SHANE found the problem in no time and fixed it. We had a Freon leak in the attic as we were spending countless dollars on service calls for others to repair. The price he quoted me was reasonable and overall I am very happy. We hadn't had a better technician until today. We hadn't decided yet to go with their maintenance package yet but we are seriously considering it. Thanks again Shane for the wonderful service, and we will be returning customers.

Contacted Premier Saturday morning. Eric Dunn showed up ahead of schedule. He showed us the bad part and replaced it within 20 minutes. He was courtesy, professional and friendly. When we needed air conditioner help last year I got on the internet and looked for a company that was close to my house. What I didn't realize at the time was not only did I make the right choice by choosing Premier but I received service from the what I think is the best technician around...James.
