My only disappointment was with their installers, who did an incomplete job at best. But their service and commitment to your complete satisfaction is absolutely wonderful. After years of service from another provider and their less than concerned attitude, I was looking for someone else to service my Geo-Thermal HVAC. From the very first visit by Shane, who found several issues and followed up with suggestions, to Jason & Lou, who installed the replacement parts, to Nathan, who found & resolved more problems, I was made to feel like I was the most important issue - on top of their list. Even the girl that answers the phones when I call (and they are availabe 24/7) was very friendly. They are my #1 from now on!

As a lawyer my schedule is very demanding. My wife generally takes care of service calls and it was a pleasant surprise to hear how happy and satisfied she was after this past Monday;s service call. On time, professional and thorough. No high pressure sales schtick, just professional service. Great job.
they dont call it premier for nothing. I recently purchased a dehumidifier online to save some money. after running the power, installing a proper drainline for the condensate the unit did not power ON. what a letdown. I called premier because they carry and service the brand I bought. Shane came out that same day and had it up and running in 15 minutes. what a relief. knowlegeable, professional, and a definite asset to his company. give that man a raise.

When we needed air conditioner help last year I got on the internet and looked for a company that was close to my house. What I didn't realize at the time was not only did I make the right choice by choosing Premier but I received service from the what I think is the best technician around...James. James is professional, knowledgable, personable and just an all around nice guy. He is an ambassador for Premier and one of the finest people I have ever let in my home. I found out my cooling system went down on a Saturday morning and called several HVAC companies who offer weekend service. Except for Premier, the other ones either did not call me back or had no availability. Initially, Premier said the earliest they could come was Sunday, but I was greatly surprised when they showed up in the afternoon. Jesse Clark was the technician who serviced my unit and his work was excellent. He was extremely nice and courteous, and he immediately knew the problem with my AC -- a damaged capacitor. I am very satisfied with this company. Their pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this company, and particularly, Jesse.

Premier Indoor Comfort Systems is an excellent company. We have used them for many years. In fact, an old neighbor of ours helped found the company, if I remember correctly. We have a maintenance contract with them, and they come out twice a year, before each major season, to make sure everything is up to snuff. During the most recent inspection, our technician noted some issue with our air conditioner. Basically, we had to decide between pumping a bunch of money into the old unit, or purchasing a new, better unit that we could rely on. We chose the latter, and a salesman came out to explain our options. He was well informed and easy to work with, and honest about the different possibilities. The new unit was installed and working not long after that, and we are happy with the results. We have always been able to count on Premier to deliver quality service and products, and in a timely manner. Their office staff is good, too. With the new unit we qualified for the energy tax credit, and they helped us out with all the necessary paperwork. Premier Indoor Comfort Systems is an all around good company.
I would like to say that you cannot go wrong choosing this company for your HVAC issues. We have worked with 4 different HVAC companies in Atlanta over the years and found them to be dishonest as well as taking advantage of a homeowner that does not know the proper way duct worked is suppose to be run, that the evaporater coil needs to be encased in a supply plenum, etc.. I finally found Premier Indoor to be trustworthy, very professional and they get the job done right. Steve Kenyon, our sales rep, was outstanding and really explained what we needed to have replaced and the correct units for the size of our home. The installers, Jason and Bruce, were the best and went out of their way to be helpful in answering all my questions. You cannot go wrong if you call them. We are so happy now!
Our upstairs AC unit was not cooling. We called Premier and James came out. James called before he showed up, he was on time, was very courteous, and very thorough. He showed us where the leak was and gave us a written quote right then. James explained the payment options and even showed us how to save 10% off the repair. James repaired the unit and it is working great.

I had problems with my air conditioning unit last year, and it went out. Then Alpharetta HVAC came out and assessed the problem and fixed it. They told me right then that it wouldn't last a long time, and it didn't. It went out again. So, I sat down with a their sales representative. My old unit was the original one with the house, and it was probably about 7 years old. I looked at all the alternatives, and with the rebates I got from Georgia Power and the government, I went ahead and put in a new air conditioning and heating unit. Alpharetta HVAC came out and did the job all in one day, and I've been very happy with the unit so far.
We've been using them for about 5 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to give us an honest answer about our A/C. They aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either. I will say, though, I've never had to have them come a 2nd time to fix ANYTHING. THAT's worth a LOT. Only thing is - the phone number in the Kudzu ad is wrong! It's 770-345-9707.

For whomsoever looking to replace their HVAC, please take my true experience and go with Premier Indoor. From the beginning of the sales call, by DANNY GASKINS to the installer MIKE to repair technician, Premier does not cut corners and does a QUALITY JOB. Once I called them on a sunday(for no issue of theirs :-)) and Mike was at my home within an hour and took care of problem. I will bullet my experience so that its easy to follow: 1. Danny went over my system options and gave me the right configuration needed for my house. He also gave me a very competitive price for the system that i was buying. 2. On the appt day, which was very HOT AND HUMID on the attic, the installers were on time and got going. 3. Two days after the install, the Service manager came and took care of the fine nitty gritties and tune up needed. 4. Danny sent me within 30 minutes the Tax documents when i needed it for the energy tax credit. It has been a pleasant, real and true experience for my HVAC with premier and hope you will say the same after yours. Wishes!
