We built a new home, and used a cut-rate geothermal installer from North Georgia. Suffice it to say that after over a year of non-responsiveness and inept attempts at repair, Bosch Corporate... recommended that we call Premier and dump the other guys. We did, and all our problems were solved almost immediately. They went through our system, programmed it correctly, fixed about a dozen setup errors, and installed a small, high quality, but inexpensive dehumidifier, and our indoor conditions are now perfect. I was referred to Premier as a result of my independent searching for a qualified Geothermal unit replacement for a unit that recently failed on me (after 20 years of service). I selected the WATERFURNACE brand. WaterFurnace referred me to Premier as their local authorized rep. After initial call, Premier was on site within a few days, did an assessment, and guided me to select the right configuration. A order from the factory was placed (mine was an uncommon unit), and upon receipt of the unit from the factory, installation started the next day. It took all of a day to uninstall / remove / reinstall the new WaterFurnace unit. They did an awesome job on the install and also helped by teaching me some effective sealing and insulating techniques that I had not seen before. The install team was a pleasure to deal with and did a very professional job. Two years later, the WF unit had failed (manufacturers defect) and Premier came out and got us back on line quickly. I appreciate their professionalism and speed of which they keep in touch with their customers. Great folks, would highly recommend them to anyone interested in experienced HVAC work.

I needed an entire system replacement and found Premier on Kudzu.com. I couldn't be happier with every step of the process - the intial sales consultation with Josh, Heather in the office, and the final install with Bo and Andrew. Very professional and very knowledgable. They made sure I understood the best solution for my needs. Highly recommend these guys!

My furnace fan stopped working just before it snowed. Premier was great from start to finish. Chad was very polite and efficient. He did a great job at getting my unit running again and cleaning it up. I will definitely be using them again for regular maintenance, as well as recommending them to anyone who will listen.

Called Premier Indoor Comfort Systems because we were having issues with our older unit. They determined that the old unit was too small for our home and suggested that the "overwork" may have taken it's toll. They recommended a replacement, and we agreed. We now have our new unit and everything is wonderful again. Wish we had called them earlier in the summer.

We recently moved to "Very Hotlanta" and although our home was under the builder's warranty the company that installed the a/c unit could not replace the fan motor for 1 week (short staffed). After picking up the part Premier installed it the next day. The service tech "Chad", was courteous and professional and had the a/c running in no time. The office in addition was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Our A/C went out Tuesday night. I called Premier the next morning as they were close and because of other Kudzu reviews (which were right on). I was able to schedule an engineer to come over that afternoon. Chad came over and did a great job. He had the unit back up and running by 6.30pm. The service was efficient and thorough. I would happily recommend Premier and Chad to others who find themselves in this kind of sticky situation!

After moving into our new home, we called Premier to service our air conditioning unit. Our serviceman Ralph was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The price was also very fair. I would definitely recommend this company, and Ralph specifically, to anyone!

We called around 7 and had a return call by 7:15. Someone was at our house and completed the repair by 9:15. They were GREAT...explained the problem and fixed the problem with wonderful rate. Also offered ideas on how to improve our system...we are sold. This is our new AC company! You should work with them too! Chris

When our a/c went out in this 100 degree weather, I put in a call after 11:00pm thinking I'd just leave a message and hope for the best. To my surprize Ralph called right back and by midnight was at our home. He was professional, explained everything, quickly fixed the problem and the charge was more than reasonable. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year, that happened to be a Sunday. We called Premier that morning and Ralph got back to us shortly. The A/C was fixed that afternoon. Most companies I have delt with don't have the parts on hand, etc., and cannot come out for days. I definitely recommend this company and Ralph to others. Don't bother to call anyone else.

Ralph came out on a Sunday and fixed the unit saving me from having to rearrange my entire work schedule. He then showed me how to clean the air pump to improve my performance in the future and answered all my questions (which was quite a few). He did a great job.

Roy was able to work over the phone and through email. Willing to answer every question I had. Willing to provide a temp cooling device until they could replace my system. Great service, great price, would highly recommend!

Chose Premier based on proximity to business location and reviews on Kudzu.com. They were actually a day ahead of schedule in getting on our system, and didn't try to sell us any overpriced repairs (even though this was the first service of the unit in 8 years). The work was handled quickly and the price was very reasonable. We intend to use them again for regular upkeep on our system.

We called Premier when the air was out in our upstairs unit. Ralph called the day he was coming out to let me know if it was agreeable with me he could come out early..who wouldn't like to have a repair done sooner rather than later! He came out, knew my greatest concern was a big bucks problem, and determined the problem to be be very insignificant and one that could be repaired for under $50.00 and during the same visit. I was so please with the service, the honesty and the quick response that I went ahead and signed up for an annual contract for both upstairs and downstairs unit on the spot. I have never had a repair come in as reasonable as this did and have never had a service agent call to see if it would be agreeable if he came before our scheduled time...ususally you wait for 2 to 3 hrs. I would highly recommend using Premier and I would also ask for Ralph!! Thanks again for the great service! B. Moore
