I have been going to this office for several years. The doctors couldn't be any better! They are kind, experienced, and wonderful with patients. I would suggest any of them to a friend. However - the lobby and offices always appear dirty, which is crazy for a doctor's office!! The dark green carpet is stained everywhere and often looks like it needs to be vacuumed. The chairs always have what appears to be animal fur and/or human hair all over them. The walls of the offices themselves look like they need painted. While I realize the quality of care is what is important, you shouldn't feel like you are getting dirty while at the doctor! \r\rAnother issue is the wait. While I appreciate the fact that the other patients are getting the same quality care that I get (which takes time), it is always 30-45 minutes MINIMUM past my appointment time before I see the doctor. It has actually been as long as 1.5 hours past my appointment time before I have seen the doctor. If you go to this office, plan on spending at least an hour to two hours - even for a simple sinus infection! I guess the answer to this problem would be to schedule fewer patients. I honestly feel like arriving at least 20 minutes after my appointment time, but then they would make me reschedule! \r\rAgain, I realize this review sounds very negative. However, I did choose ""recommended"" for the stars, as I feel the wonderful doctors do outweigh the dirty office and long waits!
