Wesley Collins & his crew do a super job In 42 years we have never seen the windows this clean. Not only are they very professional but they are very polite & caring as well. We have recommended them to family & friends.

My husband and I set up an appointment a week out. We left work early to meet the salesman, but he never showed up. We called Premier and verified we did have an appointment, and the customer service rep told us the salesman would be here within the hour. But he never showed up, never called, and neither did she. We called again, but the same thing happened. Based on these reviews, I had such high expectations and really liked the price point, but it seems they don't want our business.
UPDATE:
Well, we gave Premier a second chance based on their reputation and Chris. He was very accommodating and apologetic for not showing up to our first appointment. Long story short, he made things right with us. Also, Ben, the installer, was very professional and thorough. Despite our first encounter, working with Premier was definitely the right choice all around.

Our ancient Rollins alarm system died a slow death, so we got quotes from 4 top security firms. 3 sent salespeople who had been with their company for a few months. Chris at Premier came out and impressed me with his knowlege and long career in security systems. He has been in the business for many years and started Premier Security. He is also the service manager. He comes across as trustworthy and honest, not pushy and not only interested in the sale. He sent Ben out to install the system, and hosnestly, it is perfect. Ben has also been with the company for a long time and knew what he was doing. Their follow up and follow through has been more than I expected. We are so happy that we chose them - we couldn't have had a better experience. Wish all buying experiences went this well.

You don't get a security system because you know you will be burglarized, you get one as insurance against the possibility of your home being broken into. Premier Security sucessfully prevented our home from being robbed this past Wednesday! We signed up for Premier Security's cellular alarm monitoring 14 months ago when we relocated to Atlanta from out of state. I meant to review how wonderful this company was back then but just forgot. We have been using the alarm without a hitch for months and never really paying attention to it other than paying the bill. Wednesday early afternoon we started getting phone calls from Premier with alarms going off at our home. Our Rear Door and motions were in alarm. Police actually arrived while the 2 burglars were still in our home. Although the burgalars escaped by jumping our back fence (which the police declined to do) nothing was taken from our home. The only damage was to our alarm system as they had tried ripping the punchpad off the wall. Premier Security sent their service manager that evening to bring our system back to normal. We also found they cut our phone lines on some outside block not realizing we were doing cellular monitoring. Outstanding service to Premier Security, I cannot say thank you enough. I had already approved an upgrade to my current alarm system but Chris @ Premier did some extra research. He found a way to SAVE ME MONEY by tweaking my existing panel. Very honest & no contracts (per Clark Howard this is a must!) On time & flexible with scheduling. Polite, professional & even followed up after the install. Can not recommend them enough. Thanks Premier!
