Worst experience I've had at an auto repair facility in a long time. Tried to use bait and switch offer to look at vehicle for free only to call later and say it would be $109 to "really" look at it. The dealer charges $99. Then they launched into a high pressure sales bit to get me to get it done immediately when I said I'd bring it back later. No, they wanted to know why I didn't get it done right then. I said I couldn't leave it for that long, I'd bring it back later. That wasn't good enough. Very pushy and rude manager. Much higher service costs, combined with very high pressure = stay away at all costs.

My 74 year old mother in law took her car in for an emission test. They told her it failed and in addition to charging her about $130 for the test and "diagnosis", gave her an estimate for over $700 more work to get it to pass. Problem is that being 65 or older and having a car that was 10 years old or older, her car WAS EXEMPT FROM EMISSIONS TESTING. The store manager, when confronted, said that HE KNEW ABOUT THAT EXEMPTION but could not be expected to tell everyone that came in all they might need to know about their particular car (or something to that effect). He refused to refund her diagnostic fee and was unapologetic for setting her up to spend over $800 FOR UNNECESSARY WORK. This is an independently owned franchise and NAPA says they regret the store's actions. NAPA refunded the money after the store refused to. We and our friends will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN!

I took my car to them to find out what was wrong. They said I needed front brakes, front rotors, tire balance & rotation, replace timing belt, water pump and three other belts. The charge for brakes and tire work was $800 and the belt work was $850. I told them not to do the work. I called 2 other places and they quoted me $700 for everything. When I picked up my vehicle they wanted to charge me $75 just for looking at it and when I said it was to much they knocked it down to $50 which is still to much. I would not recommend them to anyone due to the prices.

Had them work on my squeaky brakes. Their front desk personnel are very courteous and I am pleased with their service. I will certainly return to their center when my car needs work.

I've been using Premier Service Center for some years. Their techs do good-quality, honest service. Their prices have always been higher, but I've been willing to pay for honest service. They are under newer management now, and while I still recommend the techs' work, I don't know if I quite trust the front end manager.

A few years ago this was a honest repair facility that treated its customers with respect. Not so now. My truck needed new brakes, pads, & rotors. They gouged me on labor & parts. I then obtained an estimate for identical parts & labor and showed them. After considerable arguing and threats, they agreed to lower the repair charge. Also, they tried to push a couple of unnecessary repairs on me. I filed a complaint with AAA, and they then blamed the entire incident on a new service writer. Right! Avoid this place, it is a dishonest repair facility that finds things wrong with your vehicle when there is no problem.

We've been using Premier since 1999 and have always been treated fairly and with courtesy. They also have a very comfortable waiting area and it doesn't hurt the DQ is right next door if you have kids with you.

We have used this place for 10 years plus on all of our vehicles. It used to be friendly and a honest place. I will NEVER go back as the new management, cocky counter service and high prices will prevent me from doing so. They will now call you back when they tell you and you always wind up calling them three or four times. My car was NEVER ready when I was told it would be. I would hesitate to tell anyone about these guys.
