In order to cut costs they don't clean the clothes, just deodorize them. Somehow, old stains that weren't there when I picked up the clothes suddenly reappear after wearing the garment a few times (Maybe they use some type of crayon to mask the stains?) They've lost several of my sweaters and all my friends have had the same experience. They ruined one of my dresses and they claimed it was because it was "a cheap dress". I know from an inside source that their good reviews are written by their employees. Avoid this dishonest business!!!

I wish I could give them negative stars... Presstine Cleaners has really really gone downhill. Not only did they totally screw up the dresses that I took to get altered but then they continued to charge me full price. The owner is this Asian lady who also happens to be the seamstress and she insisted that she did a good job even through the fabric was frayed and messed up after she altered them and then she had the nerve to tell me that she did it cheaper than anyone else would have done it!!! Once I got home I found that the seams were not even sewn down and they were coming apart. I had my baby in the car with me when I went to pick up the dresses and could not stick around to further protest - 12 minutes of waiting in the heat in the pickup lane - with a tired baby - and an unscrupulous business owner who thinks she knows how to sew does not make for a good combination. There was no effort to give me a discout or to even refund me for the dresses. ***** I ended up being charged DOUBLE the price that was originally quoted****** This lady needs to take a business class, English speaking classes and sewing classes in order to keep customers. My family members have also had poor experiences with Presstine Cleaners and I should have listened to their advice about using a different alteration place.

Alterations not done when promised. Hems were too narrow and thread didn't match. Extremely expensive - $66.00 for hemming three pair if pants?! Next time I'll do it myself or have them keep the pants...

The first time I went to Presstine, I had my husband's suit dry cleaned and it came back with so much lint, I questioned if his suit was even cleaned. Second time I went, I dropped off a sweater and my blood stain was still on the sweater. I was able to rub it off with my fingernail. Third time I went, I dropped off another sweater with makeup on it and it came back with makeup still on there. They do not keep their word and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Overall they have been doing a great work for me, but I would recommend them for basic cleaning. If you have a sophisticate clothe, I wouldn't take to them as a couple times they returned my shirt with a bleach mark on it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had many good experiences and a few bad experiences related to damaged clothing when the care tag is not followed.

I brought in a trench to have the buttons tightened on a Thursday. I asked them if it could be ready for a weekend trip and I picked it up on Friday afternoon. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. To my surprise, I later received a handwritten thank you note!

These guys really are great in customer service and turnaround time, but I would expect that kind of service for what they charge. A couple of items can cost upwards of $13. A bit pricey for me.
