I WAS so HAPPY TO SEE I CAN GET MY AUTOMPBILE INSPECTION SO CLOSE TO HOME. DROVE BY AND READ THE SIGN SAYING ""INSPECTION DOWN". CALLED THIS MORNNG AND TOLD IT WILL BE DOWN FOR 3 WEEKS.WE DON'T NEED THIS KIND OF BAD BUSINESS IN MY COMMUNITY!!! GET IT TOGETHER OR GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Within the first five seconds of me arriving. The mechanic tells me that my car only takes synthetic oil...lol A 2005 Deville, does not require synthetic only. So he tells his manager about our conversation and then they decide to change my oil. After the oil change, the same mechanic from earlier, rings me up and he has fresh oil all over his hands. Cmon man, you dont have to wash your hands, but atleast wipe them off before you handle my debit card. Lastly, i get back in my car and there is a fresh oil shoeprint on my light grey floormat; that I just cleaned. Then I find fresh oil on my steering wheel and the edge of my seat. This is the FIRST review that I have ever written as a consumer, but I just had to do it. I dont remember what the guys name is that is normally there, but he is light skinned, with a medium build, and he is a great guy. This new crew will make your business go under ASAP HINES WARD. I've been your customer since you opened, but I wont be coming back anytime soon.

Center closes at 6pm. there were about 9 of us in line to get our cars washed and noone mentioned the vaccums would go off once the place officially closed. talk to the manager Ricky and he had a horrilbe attitude, as if i was personally offending him by saying i didnt get my moneys worth. will never return...

I arrived at 10 minutes til 6pm (closing time) and the night manager named Rick not only wouldn't let me run my car through for an overpriced $15 wash, he stated "I have to be somewhere in 30 minutes". No regard for customers or Heinz Ward's money. I used to take three cars a week there and over the last year, average service is now the pits... never again, not a penny.

I have been to this place 2 or 3 times. The first time I had them replace my windshield wipers and the guy was really cool about that being the only thing I was having done. He cracked a couple jokes and had a great sense of humor. I came back another time for the actual car was and they did a good job. The customer service was great & I would use them again.

ATL Hometown boy, Superbowl MVP and UGA Star has proven once again why he's the man. He has found a group of people that has brought back the art of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone that i saw was super nice and did a great job on my car. The main manager is Randy he shook my hand and was very intrested in my total satisfaction. I WILL BE BACK !!!
