Note: This location is now owned by Abra. I took my car here a few weeks ago and they did a great job with my repairs. Jamie (the manager) spent time with us when I picked the car up, going over the repairs and even spent time detailing part of the grill when we noticed there was a tiny bit of paint on it. The shop was bought by Abra while my car was being repaired, which may have set the timeline back a bit, but they focused on the quality of the repair rather than rushing through it, which I appreciated. I hope the shop continues to be run the same way with Jamie at the helm, even though they're now owned by Abra.

My entire family has taken their cars here before and almost always have a problem. My car had to be taken back 3 times so they could paint it because their previous paint jobs didn't hold. Not only did I have to take it back but each time it was delayed - once when my fiance needed the car to get her wedding dress altered. Unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL. 3 times to get a paint job of a door right - and always delayed from when they tell me it would be. Don't go here.

Based on all of the great Kudzu reviews, I selected Prestige Collision to repair my car. To date, they have not been truthful on a completion date for minor repairs to the grill area of my auto. I have been told three different days when my vehicle would be ready and they have missed all three dates. I just spoke with them today, and from the conversation I had, it sounds as if they haven't even started and they have had the car for over a week and a half on a repair that I was told would take three or four days tops. ....thus far, I have not had the experience other posters have had. I can only hope that their work is good as advertised. I will update ratings whenever the repairs have been completed and I finally get my car back. As of today, If I had this to do over, I would have taken my car to another shop.

I picked this repair shop from a list of shops State Farm sent me. I selected this shop based on the reviews on Kudzu. I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job repairing the collision damage on my 4Runner. It was even washed and vacuumed when I picked it up, which I didn't expect. Ashamed to say I didn't recognize my car it was so sparkly clean. Dropped it off Monday and picked it up Friday. I highly recommend Prestige Collision Specialists for collision repair. Sharon

I have had to visit Prestige several times (unfortunately) and have had excellent service and results each time. My recent visit really showed how seriously they take customer service. I was on my way to turn in my car to the dealer - and put a scratch on the side of the car. I went straight to Prestige and Jamie stopped what he was doing to repair the damage - very quickly - and got me on my way. He took a very stressful situation for me and turned it around in no time. I am very greatful to Jamie and Prestige for bailing me out!

Once in a while in life's course you encounter businesses that far exceed expectations. Prestige Collision Specialists in Decatur is such a business. When I discovered the hood on my G35 (Infiniti) wouldn't fully open - binding on metal to metal, I took it to Prestige, where Manager Steve Knox said he would see what he could do. I was expecting the worst - a solution involving prying the hood open and bending it in the process. Several hours later Steve said they had fixed it with "White lube." (I couldn't imagine.) They had worked the lubricant into the hinge, which was corroded. This scenario would have resulted in untold charges at some body shops or dealers. Steve made only a very minimal charge. Frankly, this is extraordinary, but not at Prestige - I have come to learn. They are very very good, incredibly honest. Office manager, Carrie Baker, keeps excellent track of your car, parts and the schedule. Owner Jamey Long does estimates himself - they stick to what they say — delivering some of the best work in Atlanta at very reasonable prices. I am probably doing myself a disfavor by making their reputation more public - because as more people learn what a professional business this is - the appointment wait time may go up. I have also had body work and paint repair done at Prestige. They were magical in making scuffs go away and restoring the car to showroom condition.

Jamey and his crew were amazing. Very polite and helpful, terrific repair work on the driver's side of my car that was broadsided. Worked effeciently with my insurance company, and guaranteed the work for the remaining time that I own my car. Kudos to Prestige :) Greatest team to deal with.
