It took 20+ minutes to pick up a bra they had on hold for me. Four staff. One customer -- me. First they couldn't find it. Then they couldn't find the price. (Although one one of the clerks suggest a price that was $20 higher!) Two of the clerks never cracked a smile, and one who was friendly was trying to sell me a watch(?!) The first time I went to the store, the professional who fitted me was efficient, competent and helpful. I added a star for that, but on that second visit, I had the impression they were annoyed to have a customer. I don't plan to go back.

I went last year based on recommendation from my plastic surgeon and they were great. Very helpful and compassionate. Went back abuot a month ago and ordered more bras and still no call about them coming in....orignally said 7 busines days. Each time I called I get an excuse.....what happened??? Rated the service and quality 2 because of this, but the bras are wonderful!

My oncologist recommended this place when I was diagnosed with cancer. The thought of cancer was devastating enough but watching my body change made me feel indescribably sad. The ladies at pretty please helped me as I went through the stages of chemotherapy. We chose a wig that looked natural and helped me feel less self-conscious. They were very supportive and compassionate. Many times I cried in the store and they would pull me aside to comfort me. They were very kindhearted. Though they are at a funny location, I do recommend the trip out here to any woman going through cancer.
