We had bugs in the house during the period we had service with Primeguard. After we finished our contract with this company, my husband called to cancel. We received another service after that and the company stated that there was no record of cancellation and we had to pay. They also then told us that we had to put in cancellation requests in writing. The person that we talked to was extremely rude stating there were no other people in the whole entire organization we could talk to. He hang up the phone twice. I faxed them the cancellation and also put it in certified mail. Be careful with this company!

I was quite surprised when the service technichian started spraying a liquid all over the INSIDE of my house. I have used pest control serices for 20 years. None of them have ever treated for pests like this on the inside of my home. The liquid was on the floors, walls, windows, curtains, cabinets (which dripped onto the counters. Then he started to shake a powder on the inside of my cabinets. Now I have to wash every dish inside the cabinets and clean all the surfaces of my house. I did not think having a pest treatment would lead to "spring cleaning". It would be easier to squash the one or two bugs in my house and clean up after that. I will be using another pest control provider in the future.
