The first time I used this service the results were fine but I felt the price was high. I was charged $100 because the owner had issues with my dog who is nervous. I paid the price because I understood that my dog was a hand full. I used this service for the second time and had a very negative experience. The owner called and asked to come 4 hours later than the original appointment because her assistant did not show up to work. I was gracious enough to accept this and had to change plans for my husband to be home at the later time. My husband told me that since he knew our dog would be nervous, he actually helped the groomer and spent the whole time calming the dog while the owner groomed him. He was in the van for over an hour assisting the owner. keep in mind the assistant was not there so basically my husband was the assistant. The groomer charged even more than the first time! over $100, I was extremely angry as I felt that since my husband was basically her assistant and spent over an hour helping her, the price should've been less. At the very least it should have been the same as the last groom! I called her to voice my objection. I told her that she had no business charging more than last time especially since my husband helped her. I should have been charged less. She gave me excuses and told her I wanted a $10 refund which is more than reasonable. She refused. I will never use this service again. Not interested in pleasing the customer.
