Our son started Primrose at the age of 6 months. We are extremely pleased with his development over the last 2 years. Primrose is more than a day care it is a school in which the children are challenged each and every day. Initially my wife and I were hesitant in putting our child in child care, but after careful consideration and research we chose the Primrose School of Dunwoody. We have been extremely pleased with our choice.

This school has POOR QUALITY Teachers & VERY POOR customer service. This is another money hungry child care facility that tried to make me pay $350 for two weeks of summer camp that my child did not ATTEND.AN ERROR on my part when I enrolled him I checked the wrong weeks that we needed & I didn't understand why would they make you sign your child days up ahead of time with people going on summer vacation. This is just away for them to lock your payment in just in case if you didn't bring your child that week which is so stupid because other centers I have spoken to says clearly if your child does not show they will not charge you & if you already paid that payment it goes to the next week.Thats the only FAIR thing to do but PRIMROSE SUMMER CAMP POLICY is a complete Ripoff!! & and they just don't care at all. SO if u can find a center that is not about getting money out of you & is willing to work with there PARENTS PLEASE do.BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE are CARELESS & EVERYTHING is about MONEY,MONEY,MONEY & not the children enrolled. They have very LITTLE CONCERNS FOR THE PEOPLE THAT KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS "THE CUSTOMER" ITS AL ABOUT THE CASH AND NOT CARING ABOUT THE CHILDREN.

To the parent who expressed concerns about your account, please call me. I am the owner of the school and want you to know we do care about every family and child. We have been serving the Dunwoody community since 1993 and I would like to hear from you. Please call me at the school at, 770.396.8266.
The front office and management are inept and teacher turnover is high. I will be pulling my child out and sending them to another school. There are better options in the area for the money.

They have a lot of turn over but we like the teachers. Not sure how good they are at dealing with kids who are more interested in disrupting the class then participating and following directions. Not sure if the teachers get the support they need from front office.

I'm a little biased because I used to work at this school. Overall this Primrose location has a good staff and the owners really seem to care about the kids. The only minor drawback is that they have a lot of kids in the two year old age range, so it may be hard to get a spot for your child. But, I would recommend Primrose.
