I went to the office on Pecos. I had an early appt. just to be sure they wouldn't be too far behind if I was one of the first people of the day. Wrong! I waited an hour and a half! I finally went into the nurse's area and asked what was going on. Someone told me the doctor had to do a surgery for the client before me. Ok, who schedules a surgery without enough time? That was very poor planning. The doctor finally came in, glanced at my skin, wrote me a prescription (for meds that I requested and already knew about and researched). The other nurse came back and did give me some rebate offers for the meds which was nice. However, the wait was incredibly long and unnecessary. I had to call the office back recently in regards to a medication prescribed to me and the nurse's phone just rang repeatedly. I called the front office back and told her no one picked up to which she responded, "that's because the nurses are busy!". I had to ask her twice to take my message. Of course, the nurse never called me back. I called the next day and the front office staff told me I had to keep calling back to try to talk to the nurse myself. Unprofessional!!!
