Only concerned with bottom line,not the students
I had given this company an excellent review until today. My older child took this course six years ago and I was happy with the outcome. Apparently, this company has changed. I signed up my second child for this course and they have cancelled it at the last minute because of low enrollment. I realize this would have cost them but because of the nature of this business and that people count on them for such an important test for their child's future they should have conducted the class anyway. Sometimes in business you forsake a little profit to do the right thing. It was such a big problem because I have already scheduled so many other things around these classes and missed other opportunities because I counted on these dates.It has also caused me to be too late to sign up for their competitor’s classes. My only alternative is to sign him up for expensive private tutoring. The least they should have done is offer me some sort of discount on the private tutoring for my inconvenience. But, an insincere apology is all I got.
