Priority Moving

Thanks to the Priority Moving team, we had the most wonderful and amazing moving experience. From the first phone call, Robin guided me through. She was professional, reassuring, and very friendly. She answered every one of my questions and even anticipated some circumstances that I did not - saved us lots of aggravation! Robin provided a fantastic first impression of Priority Moving.

Our moving crew - Robert, Trevor, Larry, and Corbon - was incredible! We have moved a number of times and have never had such an easy time. These guys were so sweet, helpful, and worked very, very hard. Some aspects of the load in and load out were a bit challenging. These guys kept smiling throughout and never let on that there were some major inconveniences thrown in their path. They happily did everything we asked them to do. They were extremely thorough and extremely careful. They cleaned up everything.

Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Priority Moving. Starting with my first phone call with Robin, to the last signature on the forms with Robert, the entire team did their jobs in an exemplary fashion - going above and beyond what we have ever experienced in a move.

I am so pleased that we hired Priority Moving-Wheaton to relocate me from San Diego CA to the east coast. We had a horrific experience, still costing us distress, with Bekins, Inc., relocating my husband 5 months earlier. I was worried that the same thing could happen to me, but I am so happy that I worried for nothing. The guys who packed my boxes were professional, and on time, and respectful. The company itself was honest, communicated with me, and confirmed with me, every step of the way, not just at the local level, but from the corporate office as well. The people who unloaded my boxes at my new home, were on time, within the delivery window, and respectful and professional. They followed all procedures and protocols. The customer service and level of service was superior. Their policies regarding damages and replacement value is superior and unmatched by any other company I consulted. Their estimate policy is fantastic. They give you a glass ceiling that they can't raise, even if they low ball the original estimate. Their estimate/price is totally comparable to other major moving companies, and in two cases, was even lower. I love you guys, and if we move again, I'll be calling you!

We moved last week and hired Priority Moving based upon reviews here on Kudzu. The crew was on time and did a wonderful job. They took great care with all of our belongings, even being concerned when something fell off a lamp as they picked it up. It was a cheap ($5 at Ikea) lamp which was already broken, but they wanted to be sure we were okay with that. We received calls during and after our move from a supervisor to ensure we were being taken care of. We were very impressed with the crew! Joe, Mark, and Devon were courteous, professional, and worked diligently, always making sure we were happy with their work. We only moved 1/2 mile down the street, and Priority Moving made it easy for us. They are worth every penny!

On Sunday, September 25 we made a multi-stop move, starting with opening vaults in the warehouse, continuing with a delivery to our home in San Diego, and ending with a delivery at Father Joe's Villages. Our movers were Matty and Ricky, with help in the warehouse from several other workers and supervisors. All phases of the move were carried out very professionally. We were satisfied in every way. We would choose Priority Moving again in our next move, and we would happily recommend Priority Moving to friends, colleagues and reliable acquaintances.

Overall, from the very beginnng Truda was great- very attentive, responsive, accommodating- very customer oriented and very sweet.

Then, Shawn and Russell were punctual, respectful, courteous, efficient. The entire start from our first meet/greet to finalizing bill took a little less than 4 hours. Perfect.

I will recommend them to everyone and will call them again if I need to move again! Their customer service is the best!!!
