I had contracted Pro Atlas to install an above ground pool for me (site ready). It took a over a week longer to schedule the install than they originally said but in their defense, we did have a couple of rainy days which could have put them behind. Three different people couldn't seem to understand that I did NOT need any grading done, they called me twice to "schedule the grading." Long story short - they did not show up to install the pool when they were supposed to (several hours late) and did not give me a basic courtesy call stating that there was a delay. After three calls that day, I fired them. I wasted a day of vacation and 2 1/2 weeks of wait time. But I do have to say that everyone I spoke with at Pro Atlas were nice people. I just wish their service equaled their attitudes.

These guys were so good. They moved a pool table from one house to another about 35 miles away. They came in, took it apart, moved it, and put it all back together fairly quickly. They spent about 20 minutes just leveling it, making sure it was perfect. That just shows how meticulous they were. THey then used some beezwax to straighten out the slate even more, then they blew-dry it and re-applied to felt. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The guys Brandon and Filip were so good. They were also about $200 cheaper than another company I got an estimate from (Mark the Mover). I found them because they are the company that Rec. Factory warehouse exclusively uses.
