Not a good job at all, 4/21/2014

The rep arrived on time which was good. Next he wanted to increase the amount saying that a small area counted as a fifth. He wanted twenty more dollars. I aadvised him to simply cancel the cleaning.... He told me that he would go ahead at the agreed price. Then TWENTY minutes after beginning cleaning he tells me he is done. I check and many areas are bone dry, not celaned, others soaking wet, no removal. I have to call their office and have him do it again after he argued with me. He brings his stuff in and bangs up newly painted walls - after I told him to bring it in one piece at a time. Anyway, he is done (did it half right) and I cannot recommend this outfit for any cleaning work at all.

My carpets are ruined by Pro Carpet, 3/28/2014

I'm a 60 year old woman and when they cleaned my carpet the first time, it left lots of dark water spots in places that didn't even have a dirty spot to start with. They called me right away to see... if everything was ok, I told the lady that i went out to the guy's van to stop him because of a huge water spot in front of my fireplace. He came back in to the house to look at it, and said that it would dry..It did dry...but large water spot was still there and it looked awful. The lady assured me they would come back and fix it because i had a warranty on carpet cleaning. Well, they did come back the following week, and cleaned the bad spots and the new spots that they had made and now my carpets look worse then ever, even the seam in living room carpet has come apart slightly. The carpet cleaners said it was the brand of carpet that i had that caused the problem...but as carpet cleaners, wouldn't they have known that before cleaning it? I even had to pay extra for this kind of carpet and extra for the pet too. What was once a few small bad spots on my carpet are now BIG spots on my carpet and many more then I had before Pro Carpet cleaned. We moved into this house about 8 months ago. I have pictures of what my carpet looked like before Pro Carpet cleaned in these pictures. My real estate agent will also testify that Pro Carpet ruined my carpets.

Poor cleaning

I called in because of a radio offer I heard and scheduled. A technician came out, barely spoke and then left after 30 mins of cleaning. When I asked him why the carpet didn't even feel damp or why it didn't look clean, he told me to call the office to reschedule another clean and then he left. I called the office and was greeted with 1000 of questions before another supervisor called me back with more questions. They did another cleaning and it was better but not good at all. I do not recommend this company. I feel scammed.

Never use again

Whatever the tech used to get rid of the pet stains covered them up UNTIL they dried and then they were multiplied ten times. This is a mess. And its Christmas Eve and company coming. Thanks a Lot.

Excellent Upholstery Cleaning

I use Pro Carpet all the time but my technician, Moks, was on time and did a FANTASTIC job. We bought our chairs from Craigslist and didn't feel comfortable sitting on them yet. After Moks cleaned them, the chairs look and smell great and I will definitely be requesting Moks from Pro Carpet again.

Great price, great service

I used a Groupon and got a great deal for 5 rooms. My technician, Moks, was on time and knowledgeable. The entire job was completed in less than one hour. We have two pets and, other than using a vacuum, hadn't taken care of the carpets in years. The carpet looks and smells great and I will definitely be using this company again.

Best Carpet Cleaning

Great Looking Carpets

Horrible Experience, unbelievable!!!

I called to have a rental property rugs cleaned. Told them I would not be there but the door would be unlocked close to the time of cleaning and to lock it when they leave. Received calls the day of the cleaning and no one mentioned paying up front, tech was late and leaves as soon as he sees I am not there to pay. Called them within minutes, and he would not turn around and come back to clean my carpets, had already confirmed the next job, told them renters are moving in on the weekend, said they could reschedule no sooner than 5-6 days out. They admitted it was their fault and they would have a Manager call me in the morning. NO CALL!! UNBELIEVABLE, worst experience ever!!!

Moks is Great

The rep.(John Moks)from Pro Carpet was great. Really down to earth I felt really comfortable with him being in my home. He did a great job at explaining the maintenance agreements that are offered by Pro Carpet. I reviewed his work prior to him leaving and was really suprised at how clean he got the stairs. I am certain I will call on him again.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Tony arrived at the scheduled time and provided immaculate service. He had a kind personality, addressed my concerns and immediately got to work. Prior to this visit I thought my carpet had to be replaced. I had no idea my carpet could get this clean! I joked with my friends that I am giving away my personal carpet cleaner because I will never clean the carpet myself again.

Great Groupon deal w/ even better service!

I have read some of the reviews on here for not getting what they paid for with the groupon, but I think it just depends on the person that comes to clean your carpet! Moks was very nice and he had a great personality. He did offer the upsale, which I declined, but my level of service nor the quality of his work was lowered because of it. Thanks, Moks!!
