Pro Carpet

I used Pro Carpet when I moved into my new home and they were late upon arrival. When they did get there, they were only interested in selling me more stuff and then when I didn't buy more stuff they did a horrible job cleaning. I will never use them again. Save your money and use another company that will actually get the job done.

I came across Pro Carpet by way of a Kudzu discount. Charles Church provided wonderful customer service and was very fast. Money well spent!

This past week, I decided to help my father with his carpets while he was out of town. I called a couple of places and Jeff Turner at Pro Carpet went out of his way to help me out with getting the entire house and a couple of rugs cleaned. They did an extremely great job and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. More importantly, my father was extremely pleased and happy upon his return! I have and will recommend Pro Carpet and Jeff Turner to the rest of my family and my business customers, as well. Much gratitude to Pro Carpet and Jeff Turner!!!

Dissatisfed and I don't usually write a review. My carpet was "just wet" thoughtout my townhouse. I could have done it myself with my bissell carpet cleaner. At least I would have went over small spots more than one time and the home would have had a fresh smell. Absolutely, no, none of the small recent stains removed. I see why you have to ask for the $408.00 deal!

Used Groupon to give this company a chance. Technician Albert arrived 3 hours late. Even though my carpet is quite clean and stain free and I strictly asked for Basic Steam Clean, he kept harassing (not advising! harassing!) me to upgrade to deluxe. Since I didn't budge, he had me sign that, but started using deodorant and said he was doing it on his own and I didn't have to pay for it. Was super RUDE and did a fair job of cleaning the apartmentnothing my regular carpet cleaning company doesn't do by basic steam clean!

Upon completion, he pretty much fought with me for a tip. Haven't had such an uncouth technician ever before! Left a sour taste and I am never ever using Pro Carpet again. Too much hassle and unprofessionalism!...
