10 years ago I spent about $22,000 with Pro-Comm to install auto lighting, security, 8 station phone system, Home Theater, whole house audio and central vac. At the end of the project we had problems with the Audio key pads and missing items for the lighting system. In the end, I held back about $1100 to cover some faulty key pads and what I thought was incorrect billings. After being threatened with a collection agency, I first paid $700, then later $425 along with a letter explaining our problems and what I wanted to have corrected. Their repsonse was to send the $425 back to me with a letter basically stating they would not do any more work on our project and they were closing their files. Now forward 10 years. The alarm system quit working, so we call Pro-Comm for a service call. They tell us there is a note in their file not to do any service work for us, due to unpaid bills. We paid them about $22,000 (all on time) then they return to us a check for $425 and now call that an unpaid bill? We have since worked with another home AV/Automation company in Lynnwood, Intuitive Integration (425 771-4343) and have nothing but good things to say about them.
