I had the best service of a 62 year life time with Bonny Ussrey at the postal counter. She was friendly and helpful. I had 6 packages to get to East to family before the holidays. She helped me pick out the optimal shipping boxes and plans to ensure that my packages arrived before Christmas. She helped me cut down boxes, and select boxes that would get my fragile items there safely. Her kindness and professionalism are not seen often in the hustle of the busiest postal season of the year. She is to be commended. Denise G

A tech out to my house knocked over my sons Xbox ( accidently of course) causing it to no longer work. I called the office to let them know what happened and they were great. They replaced his Xbox right away! Thank you ProBest!!

With any service company somebody is going to bump something, accidentally hit something or break something. It happens and when it does we are accountable and take ownership right away.I'm not pleased when we do break something but taking care of it right away is the right thing to do. Thanks for understanding.
Amazing service! The owner, Keith, came right away, was very professional, knowledgeable, quick, and solved the problem right away. I'll use them again and would recommend to friends!

Amazing service! Robert ,their termite specialist, came out several times during our home renovation to treat foundation cracks before laying tile. Now I can rest assured those critters will never come back. Professional, courteous, caring and reasonable...Truly the best!

ProBest has done a terrific job at our house, both inside and out. They confirm appointments in advance and show up on time. Service is excellent. Technicians are very good at servicing inside while my disabled wife is in bed. No problems with the four furry critters either. Kieth is particularly knowledgeable and very willing to share it and his experience with us. He became a friend early on and continues to be so. His store is well stocked for the DIY person and a great source of pest control supplies and information. Thanks!

We also train, train and train all of our technicians on a monthly basis - Knowledge is Power. Pest Control is similar to detective work, think about the pest and treat them accordingly. Due to the nature of our organization, we had a LARGE problem with rodents at our wildlife rehab facility. Then Keith and his crew started servicing us and the problem pretty much vanished. Now they're working on eliminating our fly "abundance". He has worked with and for us for several years and we cannot recommend ProBest highly enough!

I was devastated by evidence of termites around my home and worried about cost and possible damage during treatment. Keith, owner of ProBest, came out & checked inside & out, explained what would be done. Seth, my technician, was the best... prompt, knowledgeable and took pride in doing the job right. I have used this company before and will keep using them. Excellent job at a fair price

I have been using ProBest for about 6 years now and I wouldn't use anyone else. They are super friendly and very accommodating and very thorough. I have problems with black widows and they have done very well keeping that problem at bay! And I always know that if I'm having new webs in between visits I can give them a call to help me out. They also treated our rental for termites about 5 years ago and we have been lucky to not have any further problems with termites. These guys are great! Highly recommend. - Liz P., Gilbert

I needed an exterminator who could help work with medical allergies. Keith went above and beyond! 2 weeks after I found spiders in our bedroom. I called ProBest and they were back out the next day. He took the time to look up the spiders and help identify what I thought they might be, the brown wolf spider. We have a 1 year old daughter too. Preston found the entry point, suggested a game plan and sealed the area. He also recommended the seal crack service, which was schedule the next day. They will be out tomorrow to check the house and give us the estimate. It's nice to see an owner so active with his customers and knowledgeable.

Started seeing scorpions and crickets after the rain. Called probest and they were very friendly. Bill came out to my house and sprayed and put down granular to kill the scorpions. I am having ProBest spray my house every other month now. Not sure what the other post was complaining about. My experience has been great with this company. I looked at his other post and it looks like he only posts negative reviews so I didn't give it much thought. THANKS PROBEST!!

I notified the owner and I haven't received a response in over a week providing any apology or explanation so here it is... I cancelled my service after a billing dispute. Not because of the error, that happens, no big deal. I cancelled because of the rude customer service of the staff. I'll spare you the details for brevity's sake however "Bonnie" calls me after I informed them of the double billing and she was quite incapable of handling the issue. She seemed like an older lady with a southern drawl and generally unpleasant attitude. On her third go-round insisting I wasn't charged double I told her in a firm (NOT rude, yelling, cursing, etc - just firm) tone I was and I expected it to be fixed. She became belligerent and started yelling at me. I asked her to please cancel my service and she hung up on me! I call back to confirm my service was in fact cancelled, she said she hung up on me because "once I said I wanted my service cancelled there was nothing more to discuss". Roughly a half hour later she calls me back and sheepishly says she found the other charge. When I politely ask if an apology is in order for the way I was treated she absolutely refuses to apologize and starts arguing with me again! For what it's worth the service itself was average, never noticed a change in my scorpions. Coincidentally (NOT saying anything other than coincidence) had fraudulent charges on the same debit card shortly after this dispute.

My husband and I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Keith, on a recent trip to the Phoenix area. We spoke to him regarding issues we had been experiencing at our home in Florida for some time. He was very pleasant and shared his knowledge with us and some suggestions as to how to resolve our pest control issues. I must say that meeting this gentleman helped us with a problem that we felt we would never get resolved. I am most certainly impressed with the amount of knowledge he had and his willingness to help. One should be so lucky to find someone as knowledgeable as Keith to handle their quarterly pest management program with his "willing-to-help" attitude. Thanks again Keith.

I have been infested with Turkestan Roaches for approximately 2 years. The pest control company that was treating the problem kept telling me if I found dead roaches what they were doing was working. I could not seem to get them to understand I wanted to be rid of the infestation completely. Pro Best was recommended to me by an Entomologiost.. The owner, Keith,came out as soon as I called him and inspected the premises. He returned a few days later with a technician and did a thorough job of tracking down the entry points and applying dust. into the walls. In just 24 hours I couldn't believe the difference in the decrease of the number of roaches I found. Keith has contacted me daily for an update and is determined to continue treatment until we are both satisfied the roaches have been eliminated. A most professional organization! Thank you Sheila, often times people choose a pest control company strictly on price and I think we should consider knowledge in that equation. She did her best to investigate and call a company that was well versed in those odd little critters. She found 2 inside today and I believe with just a few more days that number will be 0.
