Superior Service and Product Knowledge
I just submitted a review stating that my bad situation was turned positive. I wanted to follow up with another review detailing what happened after Keith came out to do our inspection. 1. He arrived right on time and did what I felt was a thorough inspection of my property. 2. I felt the estimate I was given was very fair and I was also given a $50 credit for finding them on Kudzu. 3. We were given a detailed explanation of treatment options along with pro's and con's of the different treatments. 4. I was also given a $25 gift card as a gesture of apology for the initial computer glitch. I feel that ProBest has gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my experience with them, which I am! I have not received this level of customer service anywhere in a very long time and I feel that ProBest's service and standards are top notch. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks again Keith!

Nobody's perfect and yes we messed up, the technician picked up the work in adavance and we added another appointment. This hiccup has been corrected and hopefully should not occur again. I did go to see customer on Saturday morning and did the inspection and estimate. Also because customer took time off work to meet I did bring her a Visa gift card, cause time is time and I hate when someone doesn't show up either. All in all we messed up and corrected the mishap, all is now OK by the customer. KVB
